The home is located in a quiet, green neighborhood surrounded by trees and open spaces. With no neighbors directly in front or on the sides, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and a serene natural setting. The nearby lake offers both relaxation and recreation, from kayaking and paddle boarding & lakeside walks.
Just minutes away, you’ll find parks, beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, and the popular Sneaky Pete’s Bar & Grill, famous for its lake views, patio dining, and pools.
The space
This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house features an open-concept design with natural light streaming through large windows and skylights. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, nightstands, lamps, mirrors, and décor to make you feel at home.
Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, 65” Smart TV, desk, and balcony access
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with workspace and cozy seating
Bedroom 3: Double decker + two twin beds (sleeps 4 total), perfect for families or groups
Bathrooms (2): Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hair dryer
Living Room: 75” Smart TV, two couches, sofa chair, coffee tables, workstation, and décor
Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, Brita pitcher, cookware, and pantry essentials
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer on the first floor (free use)
Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, air conditioning and heating, board games, iron and ironing board, crib and bathtub for children, and an outdoor grill.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and all listed amenities:
- Private kayaks, paddle board, and life jackets located in the carport storage room (unlocked and ready for guest use)
- Lake access at Lake Park Tennie Point, just a 2–3 minute walk away
- Two private balconies and a peaceful backyard facing a green meadow
- Free parking on premises — park in the carport beside the main entrance
Laundry room on the first floor
- Smart lock access (keypad on the front door — code provided before check-in)

- Lake Access: Located at Lake Park Tennie Point (3-minute walk).
- Water Equipment: Kayak, paddle board, and life vests available for guest use in the carport storage. Please return all items after use.
- Pet Policy: Pets up to 25 lbs allowed. Please note that we charge $100/pet/stay.
- Parking: Free parking in the carport beside the entrance.
- Stairs: One small step at entry and a spiral staircase leading to the second floor.
- WiFi: Network: 145_East_Shore | Password: WelcomeHome | Router located behind TV in master bedroom (press back button for 10 seconds to restart).
- Trash Collection: Thursdays by 7 AM (place trash cart by the street).
- Safety: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every room, first aid kit in the living room desk.
