This was our second year staying at this property! The property has a 24 hour in person gate guard which is nice knowing that no one that shouldn’t be on property is. The unit is cozy and had everything my family needed to be comfortable. Private beach access with showers to rinse off makes it easy with kids. Would recommend this property and will be back in the future!

Anniversary Getaway

The misses and myself wanted to get away for our 50th anniversary to someplace special and quite. Our kids have come to Destin for many years so we thought "Let's Go" and we couldn't have had a more pleasant time. The beach was wonderful , and the restaurants in destin covered all the bases, no matter what kind of food they have it. Our only concern was the bed was very high and the shower was very slippery. We would stay again and most likely will, It was wonderful.

Highly recommend

Everything about our stay was lovely. The people at the leasing office were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The condo was so cute, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was wonderful with private beach access, ample parking, and reserved beach chairs provided. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Sandpiper Cove, for a delightful stay

Great Vacation Spot!

Me and my sons stayed at the property for the week of July 4th. The property has everything we needed including beach access, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, and on-site restaurant. The property is also close to all the Destin hot spots. Thanks for a perfect vacation Sandpiper Cove!

Wonderful Place To Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I enjoyed all of the amenities of the property. The 5 pools were all nice and well kept including the furniture. The tennis and pickleball courts were brand new. The pitch and putt golf course was well kept. The beach was clean, and the beach chair service was extremely convenient. We appreciated how close it was to everything. The management was friendly and hospitable.

Sandpiper is the place to stay

The rental was perfect size for our stay. Had everything we needed at the condo. Pools very clean as well as the property. Very pleasant experience again this year at Sandpipper. Highly recommended to all.

Great place

Close to everything, close to beach but we did drive across street and park as it was a bit of a walk. Clean unit, pools clean, no issues at all. Beach chairs were a big plus We would stay again but not sure if big enough for 4 adults. Very good place to stay

Place was perfect for just two people. Kind of a far walk to the beach so we drove down. Bed was super comfortable. Shower did have some rust spots and floor in condo turned feet black.

Mother & daughters trip

This condo was perfect for my daughters and I to do a girls trip. We had some issue with the lock to get in but the property managers were able to give me a key to avoid the hassle. One other recommendation is to have a blanket (other than mattress sheets) and an extra pillow for the person sleeping on the sofa. Other than those few things, we enjoyed the condo very much!

Emerald Cost Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable but it is high off the ground. I am short and I had to literally jump into bed every night. We did enjoyed our time. The area surrounding the unit was quiet and peaceful. The unit is small and I cannot image more than 2 adults staying in this unit. The unit is on the 2 floor and there is not an elevator. It is located at the back of the complex. It is at least a 10 minute walk to do the beach. If you are bringing beach gear to the beach, and walking, you will need to rent or buy a wagon. There is a very nice pool located very close to the unit.

Great unit

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Decorated nicely. Plenty of options for cooking meals in unit. Only negative was the key pad for entering the unit was finicky and when we arrived we were given the wrong code for the door and Wi-Fi. The property managers (Sandpiper Cove workers) were not easy to reach and were not friendly when we were trying to resolve these issues. Other than that, the unit itself was great and we would stay there again.

Very nice unit but the description of the two chairs and a umbrella on the beach is deceiving it’s not complementary they will try too charge you for use of the chairs some units have free use of the chairs but not this unit

Girls Trip

I was very pleased with our stay! I was very last minute in planning and booked this trip the day before. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. We did have a little bit of difficulty working the door lock upon arrival, but after trying a few times, we figured it out. It was very quiet, in a very nice location, and the property was very well kept. The walk to the beach was pretty decent from the condo, so we just drove across the street to park and got to the beach from there. The listing says the beach chairs are free, but upon checking in, we were told there is a daily rental fee. We didn't need them, but just as added information. The only negative I would offer is that the bedroom struggled to cool off at night. The living area would cool each evening, but the bedroom temperature was definitely different. We kept the ceiling fan on the highest setting. It wasn't hot by any means, but just a little warmer than I would prefer.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and would gladly stay again!

Great stay

Sandpiper cove is always the best. Unit was clean, could use more pillows and bummed it didn’t have a washer and dryer. Asked the day before to check in early as I was already on property in a different unit, they said it shouldn’t be a problem but that was not accommodated. Went to the unit it was ready -they obviously just didn’t want to let us in early. Won’t rent again through them. Will go to holiday isle - they always help us.

Condo needed serious updating, the fridge took for ever to cool down even when putting all cold items in it. Also,the fridge had multiple shelves and drawers that didn't function properly.The knife drawer almost fell out when I tried to open it.The door leading to the deck was very difficult to lock,there were no gutters on the building so when it rained, the deck was useless. The toilet ran constantly,I had to fix the master bedroom closet door, and finally,the women at the laundry where we exchanged towels were not friendly in the least. If we stay here again we will probably go through VRBO

The beach is within walking distance, but because this condo is in the back side, we just drove across the street to it. Safe neighborhood and the staff was great about any questions or needs we had. Will definitely keep in mind for next time we’re in the neighborhood.
