The space
Guests will have access to their own private room with their own open lay-out bathroom. They will also have access to the guest area in the kitchen with a microwave, and a shelf in the fridge. Guests can freely use the outdoor kitchenette with a bbq and burner, downstairs living room and family room areas and backyard, etc.
Guest access
Guests will have access to their own private room, an en suite bathroom, the “guest area” in the kitchen, which is clearly labeled, & your own cabinets in the kitchen, marked with labels. We ask that you do not engage in time-consuming, smokey, or heavily-fragrant cooking or baking in the kitchen. Kitchen basics are available, but if you need any extra pots and pans, please let us know and give us a list of you special requests and we will provide them for you.

Guests will also have access to the downstairs living room and family room areas, outdoor kitchenette, fire pit, pool, backyard, etc., but please be aware that this is a shared space, so we ask you to actually *share* the space.
During your stay
Someone will be available on site to assist you with anything you may need. We value and respect your privacy and will follow your lead regarding our interactions. We're happy to chat or give vou vour space - just please let us know what vou prefer! Communication is key for us.

The pool is usually closed. If you want to use the pool, please let us know and we can arrange for that.

Please do not pick flowers, fruits, or vegetables during your stay.

We do not allow animals—please discuss your needs with us prior to booking.
