Finished Basement: wet bar, large TV, full sized bed, built-in twin bunk bed, queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom.

Living Room: Features 1 full-size and 1 twin-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Two Full Bathrooms: 1 stand-up shower in the finished basement and 1 bathtub on the main level.

All Smart TVs in the home are equipped with FuboTV, providing instant access to live sports, local and national channels, movies, and on-demand entertainment.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes.

A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available for use; please bring your own coffee, K-cups, tea, and creamers. Enjoy meals together at the kitchen bar table, which seats up to 3 guests, with additional seating for 3 bar stools and more dining space outdoors.

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement.

The Tailgate Zone is a private event space with a full bathroom, kitchen, rooftop deck, three large TVs, ceiling fans, and heating. This event space is not automatically included when the property is booked. It can be reserved for an additional fee, separate from the home rental.

Please note that the driveway and backyard are shared spaces and may be used by other guests if the Tailgate Zone is rented separately. All indoor areas of the home are private and for the exclusive use of the booking party. The property ensures guest privacy while maintaining shared access to designated outdoor areas when applicable.

We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The home is located in a lively, central Green Bay neighborhood, directly across the street from Lambeau Field and the Titletown District. The area is also walkable where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and local favorites.

Parking is available for 4-6 cars in the shared driveway. Please note that the driveway and backyard may be shared spaces if the Tailgate Zone is rented separately. Guests who rent the home park in the driveway, guests who are using the Tailgate Zone will park in the street. Guests may encounter others on the property during their stay. No overnight street parking is permitted in the City of Green Bay. Rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for convenient transportation to and from Lambeau Field and nearby attractions.

The grill is located in the backyard, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty the tank so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- No pets allowed at this time. Bringing a pet onto the property will result in a $500 fee, and additional cleaning or damage repair costs may also be charged to the guest.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
-Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
