A solo 400 m de la playa n. ° 2 y 600 m de la franja comercial de Venus Bay, Sand Dunes es una casa de playa de mediados del siglo, aislada y sofisticada de 3 dormitorios.

Sand Dunes es la casa de playa perfecta para relajarse y alejarse de la locura de la ciudad. Completo con un hermoso calentador de leña y 2x split ac / heat, la casa funciona para familias o parejas que aman la playa, la naturaleza y alejarse de todo.

Con grandes terrazas en la parte delantera y trasera, la casa ofrece brisas marinas y lugares soleados para una vida súper cómoda dentro y fuera.

Sand Dunes and Salty Air es una sofisticada casa de playa de mediados de siglo. La playa está muy cerca, a solo 400 m al final de la calle. Las tiendas de la bahía de Venus también están muy cerca, a solo 600 m.

Lovely place to stay, but bring your walking legs. The fire made the home very cosy, as we stayed during winter. Our furry friend had a wonderful time in the big garden. Everything you could need is here.

Family time

Lovely beach house in great location. Loved the outdoor shower and also the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Well-equipped kitchen, too. Host was very helpful.

Little Gem

The property was gorgeous! Clean and tidy with everything we needed. Family of four (10 & 12 yo) this place was great. Walking to the beach and evenings by the fireplace were the highlights. Perfectly central we travelled to Inverloch and Wilson’s Prom for days out. The kids have already asked to come back again! The Host was great, quick communication and super helpful. Thank you!

Fantastic property

We stayed for 2 nights. 2 adults and 4 teenage boys and 2 dogs. We had a blast at this property. So clean which is a big thing for us. It is compact and it was get for us. The outdoor area was fantastic for toasting marshmallows by the fire at night and fully fenced to keep our dogs in. In a very quite location and no neighbours surrounded by nature was great. Easy walk to the beach and walked to the general store and shops. I highly recommend staying here and we cant wait to go back again.

Lovely, even in winter

Stayed with 12 y/I kids and doggo. It's the holiday house that has everything you would ever need and where everything works! Walk to beach everyday and the local fish and chips are good. Heated outside shower was the best to wash doggo and sandy kids. Wood fire with a wine at night was the best. Highly recommend for family getaway. Would love to come in summer.

Nice little getaway

The house is exactly as the description and photos describe. A sweet little beach shack that was ideal for our short family + dogs getaway. The yard is very secure for animals, which allows the dogs to have a lovely wander! There is everything you need here to have a relaxing getaway with the kitchen fully equipped, firewood available, and games to play. A small suggestion: could you have doormats at each of the entry doors, to help minimise any mess from coming inside? Although we took our shoes off, there is nowhere outside to do this and brush off the dirt before going in the house (especially during inclement weather).

" Bliss at the beach "

The best place for a peaceful, relaxing break. Immaculate and cosy with a lovely vibe. Great shower and everything you might need and more in the kitchen. Secure large yard for a dog and the front and back decks and the sun lounges made for comfortable outdoor living. The welcome pack was much appreciated Georgie. Hopefully we will be back in the winter. Thanks Georgie for sharing your great holiday home and for your excellent communication, Poppy, Bernard and "Bob"

Great Stay

House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The back deck is amazing, we spent hours outside just enjoying the serenity. No. 2 Beach is a short walk away, and the local shops are also within easy walking distance - about 10-15 mins depending on your speed. The outdoor shower was amazing - perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Although there are several other properties along the street, the area was very quiet and the yard was private. Overall a great stay!

Venus bay

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. The house is very comfortable and clean, and the location is fantastic. Communication with Georgia was very easy. It was great that we could also take the dog with us. Id recommend this let, and we'll certainly be going back again.

Wonderful stay

We all very much enjoyed staying at this property in Venus Bay. The location was great, close to beach no. 2. The house was private and we loved spending time in the backyard relaxing.

We loved our stay

We had a great time at Sand Dunes and Salty Air. Georgie was so friendly and check in was easy. This place has everything that you need for your holiday also very close to the beach and the local town. And if you have a furry friend, I strongly recommend this place.

Cute mid century beach shack

Everything was very comfortable and Georgie put in a great effort at making our stay as pleasant as possible. The cottage is close to a beautiful beach and there is plenty of wildlife around.

A beautiful cottage by the shore

A beautiful cottage style home on a good size block with plenty of privacy. The soft sounds of the ocean in the background and the crackling of the wood burning in the fireplace. Our dog had plenty of room to run and explore the secured grounds. A renovated kitchen and bathroom made it a bit flash!! Beds were very comfortable. Love love loved it!!

Great family stay

My family had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Our wolf- hound x had a fabulous week too. Really loved the garden and outdoor shower. Heaven after a cold swim. Great walks and beaches close to the property but watch out for the puffer fish!

Perfect short break

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids) had a brilliant stay at Venus Bay. The house is conveniently located close to the shops and No.2 beach. Would definitely recommend to others looking for an easy family getaway.

Had a relaxing stay. The place needs a bit of TLC. Most windows can't be opened and the French doors don't have a bolt to keep them open. Overall it was good

Beautiful beach holiday in Venus Bay

Really great little beach house in Venus Bay, with everything we needed for a family beach holiday. The extra touches made our stay extra special - the bottle of Prosecco, chocolate and treats on arrival, great house supplies, and the house was very clean and well setup. Thank you, we will be back!

Great stay

Perfect setting for a decompress and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city - great access to beaches, walks and close enough, even via a drive, to plenty of places to eat and drink. House was super cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to take our dog was a real bonus. .

Complete R & R with our doggies

My friend and I had an absolutely beautiful time. The house was exceptionally clean, bright and cozy with a short walk (up hill) to the beach. The grounds are perfect for the dogs. We loved watching a movie on Netflix 👍🥰. The crockery and kitchen utensils were perfect, Vedic g very comfortable and we had a lovely gift left for us on the table. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely go back. So nice and quiet and all the comforts of home.

I am a married mum of two, university lecturer and part time renovator.Sand Dunes and Salty Air was an unloved broken down shell when Paul and I bought her last year. We are still working to improve the house however we are really happy with how far she has come.
