Venus Bay beach number 1 is only 1500m away, this beach is patrolled through the warmer months. Should you want to go off adventuring then Inverloch, Walkerville South, Fish Creek and Meeniyan are all only a short drive away. For those keen on fishing there are boat ramps into the inlet or you can fish directly from the platforms all the way along the Tarwin River.
