Whether you’re here for lake adventures, hunting trips, family get away, or simply the peace and quiet of the woods, this secluded home has everything you need to relax and recharge.

LIVING ROOM

When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a rustic entryway that opens into the cozy living room. A large picture window looks out onto the wooded front yard. The room features two couches, warm lighting, and a TV where you can log in to your favorite streaming services.

BEDROOMS

Our home has 3 bedrooms, plus extra sleeping options for families and larger groups.

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, ample closet space, dresser, TV, bedside lamps with USB charging, and a bassinet for little ones.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, closet, bedside lamp with USB charging, with a pack ’n play stored in the closet.

Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with closet and ceiling fan. NOTE: Use bunk beds at your own risk.

Extra Options: A twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs game room and an air mattress in the downstairs closet provide added flexibility.

BATHROOMS

Our home offers two bathrooms:

Full Bath (upstairs) – Tub/shower combo with removable shower handle, toilet, and sink.

3/4 Bath (downstairs) – Shower, toilet, and sink, with a washer and dryer for guest use.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen has a rustic, wood-toned feel with all the essentials you’ll need to cook and gather. Right off the kitchen, the dining area offers a large table that seats six. An upper deck is accessible from the kitchen and dining room, featuring a charcoal grill, deck lights, and outdoor dining table—perfect for grilling or enjoying coffee in the fresh air.

GAME ROOM

The downstairs game room is the perfect hangout spot, featuring a pool table, TV, assortment of games, and a twin sleeper sofa with hidden storage for linens and blankets. PLEASE NOTE: the wood stove adds rustic charm but is decorative only and not in service.

LAUNDRY

A washer and dryer are available in the downstairs bathroom, with starter supplies provided.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Upper Deck: Charcoal grill, deck lights, and outdoor dining table.

Lower Patio: Shaded seating area and entrance to the lower level.

Surrounded by trees for privacy and a rustic woodland feel.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including outdoor spaces and in-home laundry.

The home is the last house at the back of the property, tucked into the woods. Turn at the 2001 mailbox to access the driveway and continue to the very last house.
