Pull right in to the drive way in front of the home which can fit 1car due to driveway length and the fact that a car cannot block the sidewalk. Free street parking also available, please do not block any fire hydrants, driveways or mailboxes. Thank you!

*PRIVATE & KEYLESS ENTRY*
Keyless entry to allow guests to come and go as they please for very easy access. Upon entering the home an open floor plan provides ample amount of space to enjoy the company of family and friends.

The courtyard and lounge deck area is a perfect place to hang with your family and friends!

*SLEEPING SPACES*
Bedrooms- 3 ample sized rooms with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a nice twin bunk bed, crisp sheets and comfortable pillows.

*LIVING ROOM*
Make memories with family and friends in the living room which is fitted with a spacious sectional to stretch out while enjoying the smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Prime… with your account of course) or a fun movie!

*KITCHEN*
You'll find all the silverware, pots, and pan you’ll need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. Make yourself a cup of coffee or tea ... Sit back and relax.

Ideal for those seeking a quiet getaway while being close to all things Largo, St. Pete, Clearwater & Tampa has to offer! Located in a prime area, this neighborhood offers several activities suitable for the whole family, including a short distance to a few restaurants and a quick drive to a cute coffee shop. Just a short distance to multiple beaches and parks. The Largo Central park is within walking distance from the house- has a playground and over 70 acres to play!

Stay as busy as you want or simply kick back, relax, and enjoy your stay—all while taking advantage of the many amenities available onsite!

Getting Around:
It is highly recommended to use a car or Uber/Lyft for best transportation and to see all Largo, Clearwater & Tampa has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
- The house is in a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of this quiet, family-friendly community.

- There are leaves, pollen, bugs, and natural debris that falls into the pool minutes after the pool is cleaned. It's important to know that the pool is in fact maintained by a professional company and is safe to use. We encourage our guests to embrace the natural Florida surprises falling in.

- A professional pool cleaning service will be coming by to clean the pool once a week, we are unable to give an exact day and time due to their changing routes and need to work around Florida weather. We do apologize for this but hope you will be kind to understand.

- The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on each week on Tuesdays. Please leave the bins at the road with the lid facing outwards. Pick up will occur by the city at this location. Once the trash is collected please leave the bins at the left side of the house on the big pavers at all other times.
