The Space:
Our third-floor penthouse features two levels of living space, eclectic decor from our travels around the world, and air-conditioning that literally feels like a breath of fresh air after a steamy day on the beach. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it perfect for groups of friends or families with little ones. Whether you’re looking for a stylish place to crash or a home with enough space and privacy for everyone, you’ll find it here.

The apartment includes a stunning master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with a queen-size bed. Bedrooms have ample drawer space, closets, and balconies, and there’s nothing more luxurious than enjoying a cup of coffee while listening to the sounds of birds chirping from your private terrace. For additional guests, we have a queen-size sofa bed in the second-level studio space, and each bedroom (including the studio) features a full bathroom for post-beach pampering. Bathrooms include plush towels, toiletries, and hair dryers for your convenience.

The penthouse’s spacious common areas are just as opulent, including a fully equipped kitchen and a chic living room. The kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware, plus lots of counter space and a breakfast bar with a couple of barstools. There’s a dining table with seats for 8, colorful mosaic artwork on the wall, and sunny natural light streaming in through the windows. Doesn’t food taste better in a beautiful place and among wonderful people?

After an exhilarating day at the beach or zip-lining through the Xenotes Caribe, you deserve a few minutes of rest and relaxation. Kick back in our chic living room and snuggle up with the boho-style pillows on the couch, or you can head upstairs to the expansive rooftop terrace — our favorite feature of the space. You’ll find 600 square feet of patio space, with outdoor furniture and stunning greenery around you. Mix up a cocktail, grab a snack, and take in the incredible sunset views as you toast to the end of another memorable day in paradise.

Early risers will love watching the sunrise while flowing through a yoga session or squeezing in an energizing workout in the private gym. For a fun twist, grab the jumping rope and get your heart pumping as the morning light fills the terrace — it’s the perfect way to start your day in the tropics.

As the day winds down, fire up the barbecue and gather your friends or family for a laid-back cookout under the stars. There’s something truly special about grilling fresh local ingredients while the evening breeze drifts through the terrace, laughter fills the air, and the scent of delicious food mingles with the tropical night.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you’ll have complete access to the entire apartment and terrace, with the exception of the back room and the closet in the master bedroom. Feel free to use the washer, dryer, iron, and parking space.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in Punta Cana. Walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, and great restaurants. Hop in the car to visit stunning Playa Blanca Beach, Blue Mall, and golf courses at Punta Cana Resort. The vibrant nightlife of downtown is a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is quite walkable, and you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay nearby. To explore more of the island (which we definitely recommend!), driving is the best way to get around. Taxis, bicycles, and rental cars are all easy to find. Let us know if you’d like any assistance booking car service - we’re happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
We love our quiet building, so we appreciate your help in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere and keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.

Interaction with Guests:
We believe in giving you personal space and privacy, so we’ve set up a nifty keypad to enter the apartment when you arrive. You’ll find the space super clean and tidy, and we’ll clean again after you check out.
