Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.
All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!
This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units or mini splits in every space.

Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.
NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

We had a wonderful stay in this rental. The house is great, location is wonderful and 5 star service. Would definitely stay there again. We rented many times in Ocean City and this rental was among the best!

This place was beautiful and in such a nice location in OC New Jersey. My friends and I spent part of our Labor Day weekend here and it was the perfect place for us. Super clean, roomy, and had a nice outdoor space for us to enjoy. 5 stars we will definitely stay here again!

House has been renovated nicely, on the small side but the back patio area was perfect for sitting with the family and pets ! Some of the carpeting was quite worn and could use a good cleaning or update.Manager was great!

We had a great experience! The house was very clean, well equipped, and in an awesome location. We really enjoyed the patio area connecting the main and guest houses. The kitchen was super convenient for making food and hanging out together outside. The host was great with communication and ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. The check in and check out processes were about as simple as it could be, and we appreciated it.

Great spot and super attentive host. House had everything we needed and the detached apartment was absolutely perfect. Doozies Restaurant is 50ft away and the breakfast was great. Island Grill just a few blocks East never had terrible lines and their seafood was outstanding. Crabbing is great at the public dock 2 blocks west. The beach on 1st always has room and bathrooms. There a breakfast spot Browns right there as well that was good and cheap. And the 4th of July crowds that we were warned about were not bad at all. Parking wasn’t super anywhere in town but there’s enough lots around to get you where you wana be but bring wallet.
