Long term stays available during off-season (November - March)
April - October: 2 pool bands are provided complementary, 4 more can be purchased additionally for a fee of $35.00 each;
Early checkin is available upon availability and has to be agreed upon at least 24-48 hours prior to arrival

Longer stays (4 days and more) will be charged with additional cleaning fee of $50.00

Larger groups (party of 4 and up) will be charged with additional cleaning fee of $100.00 per stay as it requires our housekeeping team more time to prepare the unit for the next guest

Mid term stays (7-20 days) will require a vacation rental agreement and ID verification, longer term stays (over 20 days) will additionally require mandatory background check and security deposit in the amount of first month rental
