Welcome to "Bikini Bottom Topsail"!
Ocean front 3 bedroom 3 full bath in the Villa Capriani Resort. One story condo with an elevator, situated on the top floor with views of both the beach and pools.

Large private balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor seating.

THE SPACE
★ Two master suites, both with private baths and king size beds.
★ Third bedroom for the kids with two bunks (4 beds).
★ TVs in all bedrooms and living room.
★ Spectrum cable and free Wifi. DVD player in the living room.

★ Fully equipped kitchen
★ Onsite restaurant and bar with amazing views
★ Largest oceanfront pool in NC
★ Multiple pools and hot tubs
★ Washer and dryer in unit

All linens provided and included in cleaning fee. Linens folded and placed on beds for bunk beds. We also provide beach towels but those must be laundered by guest if used. Doorbell camera for security.

**Pools are open April 1 - October 31**
**Hot Tubs are open year round**
**Pool and hot tub hours are 9am-11pm**

Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open.

The complex does not allow animals. We use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family. Please, no animals.

The HOA schedules bug treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.

Family stay, we have been staying at the Villa for over 30 years almost every year. The unit was very nice and well equipped, nice location. We like d the flexibility of non Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo! The communication with the host was great; we enjoyed the very comfy beds and excellent linens. We’ve never stayed in a better stocked kitchen with every cooking dish or utensil needed. The view was spectacular and we had lots of fun in the pools and at the beach. We highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Stay!

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family for a short beach getaway. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need when traveling with a family! I had what turned out to be a silly request, and the owner was very responsive, accommodating, and understanding which was much appreciated! Definitely recommend this stay.

Amazing views!

As you walk in you immediately notice the beauty of the beach through the living room windows and patio door. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is in the closet of the main bedroom. If you forgot your wireless chargers, no worries they have one in every room. So happy with my decision to stay here.

Fabulous Beach Family Celebration

Had a wonderful time staying at Bikini Bottom condo! Six of us took our 85 year old mother there for her birthday and this place did not disappoint. The elevator made it really convenient and one floor unit was just as described. Beautiful, modern, very clean, and the balcony view of the ocean was priceless. Ample room for all of us and a short walk to the pool and lovely wide beach. Unit was well stocked with necessities and plenty of kitchenware. Complex community was nicer than expected and well maintained. One of the nicest VRBO rentals I've experienced. The host was very pleasant answering my questions before the trip regarding accessibility for my mom. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed your condo and there were more amenities than any place I have ever stayed. The resort is great with the beach, pools, hot tub plus a restaurant. So much to do without leaving the property.

Paradise!!

This property was perfect. Plenty of space for the family. Well stocked. Clean. Top floor. Amazing views. The kids loved the waterfall at the pool! The multiple pools are amazing and the beach was beautiful! Night time views of the pier added a special touch to the already perfect view. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean waves. The owners communicated well. No issues at all! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property

Perfection

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The property was perfect and very well maintained. Checking in and out was a breeze and the owners were very kind. They were responsive to questions, and really went the extra mile to provide essentials for the guests staying in their home. This was our first time staying in North Carolina and we are already planning to come back next year. Beautiful beach without being over populated with the option of the pool for anyone not wanting to get sandy. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to book!

Perfect Week

Your Condo is so attractive and comfortable. The balcony/porch was our favorite spot, for sure. With perfect 70's weather, it was comfortable any time of day or night to watch, listen, read, have a glass of wine... and let the sea feed our soul! It was a beautiful week to celebrate our 49th Anniversary.

Amazing property

We loved everything about Bikini Bottom. Everything was clean and meticulous. WiFi was perfect. Location is perfect. Showers had great pressure and hot water never ran out. Nice touches like keurig and towels and linens provided. Will definitely stay again!

Feels like home

Beautiful place

Oct. 23-27, 2023 Loved every minute. The place was so clean, well appointed, a lot of attention to detail and plenty of space for 6 ladies. The oceanfront view was gorgeous with the sunrises and sunsets and dolphins!

We love the fact we are right on the ocean. Each nights sleep is amazing with the sounds of the water you can hear even when the windows are closed. Our kids LOVE the pools! Rick loves the onsite bar. So much to do onsite without ever having to get in the car.
