I wanted a property in Kingsbury near Heavenly because it is an ideal, year-round, location for enjoying everything that Lake Tahoe has to offer.
In the winter, you're only a few minutes from the Stagecoach Lodge and Lift. So you have easy access for skiing. In summer, you can enjoy a peaceful location in the mountains with easy access to hiking and biking trails.
You're also only ten minutes from the action and nightlife of the Casinos, restaurants and bars that give South Lake Tahoe it's unique energy.

This property is rare for Kingsbury because you only have to climb one flight of stairs to access the front door. After a long day of skiing or playing outside, its easy to access. The location is quiet and has ample parking, so you can relax and kick your feet up.
It's also across the street from the Village Association's pool and hot tub facilities. Both have been renovated are should be ready for the '25-'26 ski season.
Best of all, you're only 0.7 miles from Stagecoach lift. You can easily catch the Tramway shuttle and be at the lift in about 5 minutes.
