To maintain a calm environment for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests fully observe quiet hours. If this isn’t a good fit for your travel style, this may not be the right property for your stay.
Sedona city ordinance requires quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and sound carries easily in this area.
During quiet hours, please:
• Keep outdoor noise to a minimum
• Be mindful of conversations, music, fire pit use, and hot tub use
• Avoid bright or flashing exterior lighting

This private, garage-converted gym is for guest use only and offers a dedicated space to stay active during your stay.
***PET POLICY***
While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

We enjoy hiking and sightseeing and couldn't have ended up in a better place. We enjoy hosting our properties because we get to share the same excitement, relaxation and enjoyment with others.

We absolutely love this neighborhood because of the close proximity to Uptown and the incredible views in every direction you look! It is also very quiet throughout the day and night as well.

This property is loaded with so many extra amenities from inside to outside. We offer a private home gym, a pool table and fireplace indoors. Outdoors we offer a hot tub, firepit, cowboy pool, and even a hammock. The Hopi Haus is thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you'd need for your stay in Sedona!
