Welcome to ATM Chalet, a brand new luxury townhome nestled amongst the trees and trails of the beautiful Rendezvous community, overlooking Winter Park and the stunning natural beauty of the valley.

Step inside to a warm and inviting living space, modern mountain décor and furnishings, and large windows framing breathtaking views. This beautiful four bedroom home was designed to provide maximum comfort after a day of exploration and adventure. The large private hot tub and attention to detail make this property an ideal homebase. With 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a comfortable living area featuring a fireplace, 65” tv, a dining table that seats eight, and a breakfast bar that seats four, the home can comfortably sleep ten.

Located just minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort, the best hiking and biking trails in the valley are literally outside your door, and the Fraser River is just steps away. Upon arriving at the home, you will find an aspen grove behind the home, beautiful views of the valley and town in front, and the tranquility of a quiet street. The deck with bar tables and a gas grill offer fabulous sunsets, while the private patio out back allows you to enjoy the sun rising over the tree covered hillside. With a two car garage and parking in the driveway, there is plenty of room for your cars and gear. Whether skiing, hiking, biking, fishing or simply relaxing and enjoying the cool mountain air, ATM Chalet is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in effortless, whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a cozy dinner after a day outdoors. You will find quality cookware and knives, all needed utensils, plenty of silverware and glasses, bar ware, and multiple sets of dishes. We have stocked the kitchen with spices, baking items, and most condiments you would desire. Whatever we need to cook at our home, we have duplicated it here. No need to venture out on cold mornings for coffee, as you will find a coffee maker that can make a 10 cup pot or K cups or the Nespresso machine with a milk frother for the perfect latte.

Featuring four bedrooms, each with large closets, two king ensuites (one on the main level and one on the upper level with a work from home desk) allow privacy and comfort, with room to unpack and enjoy the beautiful views. The bunkroom is perfect for kids (we have five grands that love it) or for a family, with full over full bunks and a twin trundle bed. The den has a very comfortable queen sofa sleeper and a work from home desk. All beds have top quality memory foam mattresses, even the sofa sleeper. The home can sleep ten people comfortably.

Bunkroom: full over full with twin pull out trundle bed (second floor)

There are three and a half bathrooms, all have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash with plush towels. The separate laundry closet boasts a full size Washer/Dryer, laundry detergent and plenty of hangers. There is full size ironing board, iron and steamer.

For our enjoyment and the enjoyment of all of our guests, please respect that this is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed. If our cleaners find evidence of smoke or pets in the home or on the deck or patio, the security deposit will be forfeited and additional fees may apply.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and honor quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy mountain getaway! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a true home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything our family needed—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets and board games for cozy evenings.The location was absolutely perfect: peaceful, scenic, and close to plenty of outdoor activities. We loved waking up to mountain views and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. To put it simply, this place was perfect and we will definitely be back! My family and I frequent STRs and this was the best place we’ve stayed at to date. The owners were very communicative and accommodating, the location was ideal, the kitchen had everything we could want (we cook a lot) and the place was well decorated and spotless. Highly recommend!

As a three generation family (five grandchildren) we travel often, typically staying in short term rentals instead of hotels. We have had our share of surprises upon check in, from pictures in the ad that must have been taken 10 years ago when the STR first came online, to a kitchen with one frying pan, a few dishes/glasses and silverware for four. As ATM Chalet is our home away from home, we have strived to provide everything we and our guests may need, and are confident that you will appreciate this attention to detail and quality. You will be able to relax, eat, sleep and work in comfort, knowing that we are available to answer any questions and help make your stay the best it can be. The home is a short walk to the Fraser river and just steps from great hiking and biking trails. Close enough to walk to town, while situated on a very quiet street with great views in every direction.
