Welcome to The Main Street Retreat, a beautifully and comfortably decorated home nestled along the tree-lined streets of Baker City’s historic district. Located at the peaceful residential end of Main Street, this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath getaway offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience.
Step outside your door and you’ll find yourself near the Leo Adler Walking Path and the scenic Powder River, with downtown shops, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
Inside the Home
Thoughtfully curated with modern touches and cozy charm, the living space features:
A stylish living room with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a Smart TV for movie nights.
A spacious dining area with seating for six—ideal for family meals or gathering with friends.
Two dedicated workspaces - one just off the living room and other in one of the upstairs bedrooms. These spaces are perfect for remote work or writing. Enjoy fast Zipley Fiber Wi-Fi while you work!
A gourmet kitchen, complete with a gas stove, locally roasted complimentary coffee, and everything you need to cook and dine in style.
Convenience amenities, including a washer and dryer for longer stays.
With two comfortable bedrooms upstairs, one a king with a mounted TV, the other a full bed.
There are two full bathrooms - the one on the main level has a walk-in shower. The bathroom on the second level has an antique claw foot tub perfect for soaking after a day hiking or on the slopes at Anthony Lakes.

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
• Parking: Parking is streetside, in front of the home on Main Street
• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.
Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
• Pets must be pre-approved (limit 2 dogs, under 70 lbs, and at least 1 year old).
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
• Keep pets leashed around the neighborhood.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Report any pet-related damage before checkout.
• Please minimize barking out of respect for neighbors.
Additional Policies
• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
• Excess Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires extra attention after your stay.
