We would like to remind you that our property is a non-smoking unit, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit or any other part of the building. If evidence of smoking is found in the unit, we will charge a $1000 fee to cover the cost of cleaning and any damages caused by smoking.

We also ask that you keep track of the keys provided during your stay. In the event that you lose the key, there will be a $100 fee to replace it. It is important to keep in mind that these fees are necessary to cover any additional costs and ensure that our property is maintained in excellent condition for future guests.

We kindly request that you be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. This is to ensure that everyone in the building can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Please note that parties and events are not allowed in our unit, as we strive to provide a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for all guests. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Other things to note

There is only 8 spot for visitors parking first come first serve. if they are all taken during your stay you will need park on the street. specially during the weekend. Most of the time if you arrive early you will have parking.
