To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, is provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Free, shared laundry facility located in the garage; guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
One garage parking space on the left side. Small to mid-sized vehicles recommended. Guests may use street parking, both metered and unmetered, throughout the neighborhood when available.
PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, sunbathing, and much more! Across the street, you will find the lovely bay front Marina Park with a playground for the kids, and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard; as a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
