Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped modern kitchen complete with high-quality appliances and a dining area designed for intimate, relaxed meals.

Stair Access: Please note that the property includes stairs throughout, so guests should be comfortable with stair use.

House Guidelines: In our commitment to maintaining a peaceful environment, parties and large social gatherings are not permitted.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.



The Neighborhood:

Very quiet the entire time, no noise from the street or neighbors. Lovely neighborhood in which you can enjoy walking around in the morning and evenings.



Other Things to Note:

- Pack n Plays or highchairs must be requested prior to arrival.

- Although Portoro loves pets, there are not pets allowed at this home. I find could be assessed if a pet is brought onsite without prior approval.

- Please note that this property requires stair use to access the home.

- Our property features a private swimming pool for your enjoyment. Please note that the pool is not supervised, and guests use it at their own risk. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with pool use. All guests must follow the pool rules provided upon check-in. The Host/Owner assumes no liability for guest pool usage. Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool. No diving or running is allowed in the pool area. No glass is allowed in the pool area.

- If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours.

- Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.

- Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

- Please note that this property strictly prohibits parties or events. We kindly request that guests be mindful of our neighbors' right to enjoy peace and quiet in their homes during your stay. Excessive noise or disturbance will not be tolerated, and guests may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a serene atmosphere for all.

- Please do not drive on the lawn/grass - any damages could result in additional fees.

- 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion.



Occupancy Policy:

- No events or parties allowed without prior approval.

- No overnight over-occupancy beyond the listed guest limit.

- Daytime visitors: Up to 5 additional guests allowed between the hours on 9am and 10pm.

- Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

- For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do NOT record any audio.



Interaction with Guests:

Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.



We follow the CDC Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.
