Spacious, fun, and full of charm, the Gathering Oak Manor is perfect for families and friends! The playroom features a children’s slide and plenty of space to have fun. Inside, enjoy games for all ages, a fully equipped kitchen, and large living areas. Enjoy the relaxing backyard with a distinctive porch, covered dining area, and grill. Conveniently near Charleston attractions, dining, and shopping, the Gathering Oak Manor is ideal for a fun-filled, memorable getaway.
Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from the garage and a small owner`s closet in the upstairs hallway, kept locked.
In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.
We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted, and a pet fee of $180 per pet per reservation will be charged.
The home is nearby to a railway and is frequently crossed by trains during day and night. While the sound may be lessened due to the area’s quiet designation, there may be some sounds of trains passing by.

We want every guest to have a relaxing, worry-free stay, so we don’t have strict rules about trash or dishes—just a kind request to keep things reasonably tidy. Used linens can be left as they are in the bedrooms or bathrooms, and our cleaning team will take care of them after your stay.
If you’re interested in hosting an event during your stay, please reach out prior to your reservation date for approval. Events that exceed the home’s listed capacity of guests are subject to additional conditions and guidelines.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the reservation. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee per pet; however, bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $200 charge.
