Luxury condo at Bellasera Resort in Naples, FL, it features a beautiful heated pool, spa and an on-site restaurant/bar.

Please note, this condo has a 30 night minimum or longer.

This condo is in Naples, Florida just minutes from the famous downtown 5th Avenue, where you can walk along the sidewalk and shop at the many different boutiques or find a nice restaurant and enjoy a bite to eat outside on the patio. This condo is situated in the gorgeous Bellasera Resort where you will find 2 exquisite restaurants, the Claw Bar which offers daily brunch and dinner, and the London Club with reservations only for their fine dining and live music venue on Friday and Saturday nights.

This condo is perfect for a small family or perhaps a small group of friends looking to getaway and enjoy the Florida sunshine. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances. The condo also features a screened in lanai for your enjoyment, enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an after dinner drink while taking in the lush landscaping and secluded courtyard. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo does allow service dogs. There is parking for 1 vehicle for free and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Please also note, the gym and the bikes are not available for guests, this is a privately owned condo that does not participate in the Bellasera Resort rental program.

There is plenty to see and do within minutes of the condo. Third Street South has over 100 fine apparel shops, gift boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. Bayfront is another great find, it is just at the foot of 5th avenue south. Bayfront's colorful European architecture is an eye catching and memorable landmark in Old Naples. Strolling on brick-laden pathways, shoppers have intimate access to all their needs. Rare finds in the galleries and shops coupled with the impeccable cuisine of the restaurants take the Bayfront experience to a new level. Tin City is a must for all travelers, with more than 40 eclectic, local shops offer you merchandise and mementos unlike any other. From swimsuits to scrimshaw, form crafts to crystal, from tee shirts to fine jewelry, and everything in between, Tin City lets you take a bit of Naples home with you. The Naples Pier is just a 2 mile walk or drive from the hotel, and the beach is 1 mile away.

Your vacation home will also be professionally cleaned and ready for you to relax and have some fun! You will also find that we supply you with a limited supply of paper products, towels, linens, amenity size soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, if you have any issue that can not wait until the next day please call us.
