Incredible location very close to 3rd Street, Naples Pier/beach and 5th Ave. Everything walkable, and nice quiet pool when you don’t want to mess with salt water and sand. Condo was well appointed and comfortable. Communicating with owner was very easy, with regular updates and replies. Will definitely stay again if in Naples

Fantastic Property & Host

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for our little beach vacation. Tastefully decorated, with all the essentials and very clean. The host was superb, great communication and very attentive. There were beach chairs, umbrella, wagon & cooler available for our use. We look forward to returning again soon! Thank you, Richard!

Cutest condo with best location!

We planned a mother/daughter trip to Naples and Richard’s condo was just perfect! The condo was extremely clean, was 1 street from the beach, and a 3 minute walk to 3rd st with the best restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back!

Condo is adorable and the location doesn’t get any better - 1 block to the beach and 1 block from 3rd Avenue. Definitely recommend!

More Than Expected!

It was truly such a great time and your condo is spectacular! I love the configuration, the communal household goods(cooler), kitchen extras and the ease of laundry! We came for a lacrosse tournament and there was not one thing we were in need of! I was not expecting the space or location to be as amazing as it was! Thank you!

Everything We Need + Perfect Location = Ideal Vacation

We can't thank our host enough for providing us with everything we needed from luxury bedding, soft towels, beach gear and great kitchen-bedrooms-bathrooms layout. Less than 2 blocks to both the beach and the shops/restaurants of 5th Avenue makes for a perfect location for our Old Naples vacation. 5☆ rated for sure!

Amazing place!

We had an amazing time in our stay at Naples. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Our check in was easy & the location was amazing. We walked a few steps to the beach, we walked a few steps to Tony’s (amazing fresh croissants), a few steps to Bad Ass coffee. We also had everything we needed for our days at the beach….cute beach towels, wagon to carry umbrellas chairs etc. Thank you and we will be back!

The unit was warm, inviting, and spacious as well as organized. The owners thought of little details like decor, games, and beach chairs/toys/trolleys. Relaxing vacation

Naples is a beautiful city to visit. My family and I stayed at the Vrbo. It was clean. It was cute. It’s what we needed.It was super close to the beach and to downtown old Naples can’t say anything bad.

Excellent Location

The location could not have been better. Walk to anything you want condo nestled in the best neighborhood. They were doing construction but the owner was reasonable about this and priced accordingly. I old stay again.

Delightful.

Great location 3 min walk to a beautiful beach . Great restaurants within walking distance . Key lime pie and scones from Tony’s were delicious. Richard was great to work with, condo was well stocked and also equipped with beach chairs umbrella and beach towels. Lovely spot we would definitely return. Thank you .

Great Naples Getaway!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Richard's condo! The condo was super clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great, and was super quiet. We cooked a couple meals in the condo, walked to local restaurants and coffee on 3rd, and walked to 5th for shopping

Great location

What a great location. One short block to a fabulous beach, and everything you would need to enjoy it, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. Also just one block from downtown "Old Naples" with shops and restaurants. Morning coffee and pastry at Tony's is a must. Condo was immaculate, plenty of space for a couple or small family. Pool was heated and quiet, although with proximity to the beach we did not use it often. Great neighborhood for morning walks or run, lots of sidewalks in the area for that. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we were able to reach him immediately when we encountered a minor issue with the lock code. Looking forward to a return visit.

Perfect spot!

The apartment is at the perfect spot. 1 block away from the beach and pier. This is our favorite spot to visit and this is a prime location. Richard was stellar. We had a door knob issue which eh addressed above and beyond for us. There is no better spot. Building is quiet. Pool is nice. Apt is well stocked. You won’t regret it. This was the perfect way to end our summer vacay. We will be back for sure!!

What a brilliant location, so close to the beach, amongst all the super mansions. Clean and fresh accommodation, with a fab swimming pool. Great location for the very swish shops and restaurants around - all in walking distance.

Fantastic Location for a Naples Getaway

Excellent check-in experience. One block to the beach, and the unit had chairs, an umbrella, cooler and a beach wagon ready to go. Easy walking distance to some nice bars and restaurants, and close to boating, shelling, and snorkeling. Really a great way to pack light, get away, and have a fantastic weekend.
