Tucked in a quiet, wooded neighborhood at the summit between Park City and Salt Lake City, our brand-new guest home offers the perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and easy access to year-round adventure. Just 20 minutes from Park City’s Historic Main Street and 25 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport, you’ll be close to world-class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and more.
Whether you're escaping the city for a weekend, planning a mountain work-from-home getaway, or exploring all that Utah has to offer, this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat has you covered.
The Space
Welcome to your home away from home, built in 2025 with comfort, relaxation, and convenience in mind. This light-filled guest house is nestled in the pine trees and features:
- A private entrance
- Dedicated garage parking with storage for skis, bikes, and gear
- A cozy gas fireplace
- A well-equipped kitchen
- A peaceful covered deck overlooking more than an acre of forested backyard often visited by deer, moose, and other wildlife
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Smart TV with streaming services
- A dedicated workspace for remote work

This central location gives you the best of both worlds—mountain living with quick access to urban conveniences:
Minutes from trailheads for hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking
10 miles to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and Main Street
Quick access to I-80 for trips to downtown Salt Lake or the Cottonwood Canyons
5 minutes to Kimball Junction for groceries, shopping (including Whole Foods, Smith’s, and outlets), and great local restaurants
25 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport
It’s also close to Woodward Park City and the Weilenmann School of Discovery, making it ideal for visiting families or staycationers looking to escape the summer heat.
Things to Know Before You Book
Snowy winters: This area sees more snowfall than the valley. While roads are plowed and snow removal is included, a 4WD vehicle is required from November through April—no exceptions.
Lower-level unit: The guest home is located on the lower level of our main house with a private indoor stairway access. Please note there is no elevator, so this may not be ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs.
Soundproofed, but shared: We live in the home above and built this space specifically for guests with excellent insulation and soundproofing. While we’re mindful of noise, you may occasionally hear some footsteps above.
Private garage & limited parking: You’ll have your own garage space, so there’s no need to brush snow off your car. A second vehicle may park in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed due to city regulations.
Digital access: Entry is keyless with a custom code that’s updated between each guest.
Age requirement: Guests must be 21 or older to book this property.
