Welcome to your dream lakeside escape! This NEW, stunning two‑story waterfront home offers breathtaking sunset views over Lake Erie, a bright and airy open floor‑plan, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and making unforgettable memories.
With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and additional built‑in twin bunk beds in the upstairs hall, this retreat is ideal for families, couples, or groups seeking comfort, style, and the magic of waterfront living.
Step outside to enjoy multiple decks, a screened‑in porch with an electric fireplace, a fire pit, a grill, and panoramic lake views that will leave you speechless.
Sleeping Accommodations
Plenty of space for everyone to unwind:
Bedroom 1: King Bed + Full Bathroom (2nd floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2nd floor)
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd floor)
Utility Space: Single Bunk Beds (2nd floor)
Perfect for groups who want both comfort and flexibility.
Important Notes:
No bed linens or towels are provided.
Please bring sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
Parking is limited to 3 single‑file vehicles.
Lake Access Warning: Accessing the lake from the property is extremely dangerous. The owner strongly recommends not entering the water from the property.
Check-in is completely remote, and you will receive a key code to enter and all the check-in information on the day of your arrival.
Please be courtesy of the property and neighbors by only parking in the driveway, stay out of other's yards and keep the noise down especially between 10pm - 7am.
We offer a starter set of basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, coffee essentials, dish soap, etc. These are provided in limited quantities to get you started, and guests may need to purchase more during their stay.
