The space
This is a private 3rd floor Studio apartment in a Historic District with lots of old world charm and the comforts of a modern day home. Large windows make for a bright sunny space with blinds and curtains for privacy.The kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric teapot, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils. snacks provided on arrival. Towels and linens are provided. Original hardwood floors with area rugs. Recently added a new box spring to bed so it is higher than pictured. New photos coming once current guest is checked out.
Guest access
You have full private access to your 3rd-floor apartment. Shared access areas are the front porch and back yard patio between 9 am -9 pm weekdays and 10 am-10 pm weekends. You must properly discard any trash/recyclables before leaving the backyard area or the front porch.
Other things to note
Parking is on street. There is usually plenty of on street parking in front of the building. Trash containers are at the side of the building. No mail or packages may be received at this address. There are two convenient mail stores: Mail Express in Trolley Square or Neighborhood Mailbox on Union Street in Little Italy. Video & audio cameras on all entrances, driveway, the alley & both back yards. Cameras also catch portions of the street. Devices record 24/7
