Wrapped in light gray siding with crisp white trim, this Italianate manor showcases classic architectural details, and a meticulously renovated interior that exudes comfort and taste. This home is designed for gatherings, whether it be a family holiday, or a grand Hudson Valley wedding. Some of the top venues are close by, so with the large capacity and key amenities, like a dedicated beauty parlor, massage table, and party barn, this home is perfect for a bridal party or wedding weekend stay for your group.



The front of the home welcomes your with a spacious, covered wraparound front porch. Relax in cozy wicker lounge seating and soak in the peaceful surroundings. As you enter the home, a half bathroom is located to the left of the main entrance. Straight ahead, you'll find a spacious, modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and has plenty of room for a professional catering operation, or casual meals with your group. It features both a breakfast island with seating, and a circular dining table.



To the right, an elegant space features a formal dining area, a sleek bar, and plush seating with a TV mounted above a fireplace, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. This area seamlessly flows into a chic “beauty room,” complete with an additional half bathroom. There is no better place to get ready with your bridal party, it features multiple styling stations, and plenty of space to bring in professional hair/makeup artists. Mimosa bar in the dining room anyone?



To the left of the staircase, the main floor's public spaces continue with a classic living room with cozy seating, a TV, and a charming bay window with cushioned seating, a relaxing spot to converse or relax. Adjacent to this space is a sophisticated gray-blue library with tall windows and its own fireplace, offering a peaceful and refined retreat.



The home boasts room for 14 guests, with all seven spacious bedrooms located upstairs. The primary bedroom for the guests of honor features a king bed, chaise lounge, separate seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and clawfoot tub. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both offer a king bed, seating area, and ensuite bathrooms with shower. A kids’ room includes two twin beds and access to a full bath with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and clawfoot tub; bedroom 6 features a king bed, seating area, and ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity, and bedroom 7 includes a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.



Back on the main floor, exit the kitchen to a terraced stone patio featuring two tables for outdoor dining, accommodating 16. Up the stone steps, the built-in fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs offers a cozy spot for relaxing, framed by lush, well maintained grounds. Beyond the main house, there is a massive garage/party barn, complete with a TV, couch, refrigerator, pool table, and foosball, ideal for laid-back evenings or fun filled days. When the weather is good, open the garage doors so the party can spill outside.



The home is stocked with luxurious Parachute linens, uses Grown Alchemist bath products and is equipped with an automatic generator to ensure uninterrupted comfort during your stay.

Maple Branch Manor is just under 2 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the I-87 S, NJ-17 S and Palisades Interstate Pkwy S.
