Villa de lujo! En la hermosa playa de Dover

Nuestra propiedad es una de 3 dormitorios, 3 unidad de baño bien diseñados, ubicado en el quinto, piso. Dentro de un complejo hay excelentes instalaciones repartidas en edificios frente al mar y fue diseñada por el renombrado arquitecto Ian Morrison. Se beneficia de más de 370 pies de frente de playa que se extiende y se expande en la popular playa de Dover, con su arena blanca y aguas cristalinas color turquesa. Nuestra unidad cuenta con inolvidables vistas a la playa al mar panorámica directa.

La ubicación de nuestra propiedad está muy cerca de St Lawrence Gap o 'The Gap' y le proporciona un nivel de comodidad pocas otras propiedades ofrecen la mayor cantidad de opciones de compras, restaurantes, entretenimiento y actividad están a poca distancia a pie. Como resultado, usted no necesita un vehículo para acceder a gran parte de lo que los clientes requieren, como la banca y el comedor a las instalaciones de comestibles y mucho más.

El aeropuerto internacional de Barbados, Aeropuerto Internacional Grantley Adams, es un corto de 15 minutos en coche de nuestra unidad. Bridgetown está a poca distancia similar a la del oeste.

Beautifully appointed flat with lots of thoughtful touches to make it really comfortable. Perfect location on South West coast, walking distance to many stops and St Lawrence Gap and private gated entrance onto Dover beach through the pool area. Stunning views from 5th floor balcony. Responsive and helpful host and property manager, thank you Fran and Anita.

My family and I traveled to Barbados to help settle a family member attending Ross University school of Medicine and attend White coat ceremony as well as explore the island. Our stay was wonderful and will definitely be returning. The condo was in walking distance to many shops, great places to eat. We loved eating at Daddy’s just steps from the condo. The beaches are beautiful and we even saw sea turtles while in the ocean just steps from our condo. Condo was amazing and true to listing. We had everything needed for our nine nights there. The property was well maintained, clean, safe and we all felt very comfortable in the area and the surrounding areas we went to. Our stay at the condo went so smoothly we never had the need to call owner or manager of property from checking in to checking out. Amazing place and beautiful people here in Barbados.

Excellent place to stay, condo was a great size for our party of 5. Location is great as you can walk to dinner every night and the beach was great while we were there. Check in and check out was easy and our flight was delayed going home and security kept our bags for us so we could go to Bridgetown since we had extra time. We would book again.

Fantastic VRBO

This rental is in a great location if you are looking at staying on the Gap. This was our second time visiting Barbados. The first time we stayed in a more centralized location between Dover and Oisten’s so we could walk everywhere. We loved Dover so much we decided to stay directly on the beach this time but that meant taking more taxis. We had a total of seven people ranging in age from 12-44. It was the perfect amount of space for all of us. The kitchen is stocked well. Communication was great and the cleaning lady who stopped by once during our stay was very kind and friendly. My only recommendation for the host would be to add some extra blankets. There was only a top sheet and one thin blanket on the bed. While this was fine for my husband, I was freezing. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views & Friendly People

Fran was an excellent host. Our stay was fantastic. Condo was clean and just as described. The location was perfect. We could walk to tons of restaurants and stores to shop. The Dover market was close to purchase groceries. The condo had the best view for sunsets and the ocean was perfect to swim in. Very clean, friendly and safe place to stay.

Overall experience & property was 5*. The damage deposit of three thousand dollars seems excessive compared to similar property. Although it was returned promptly in full, it cost me one hundred gbp in adverse currency movement.

As advertised: Amazing

2 Adults 3 teens for quick summer getaway end of June 24. Property is absolutely amazing - new bathrooms and everything we needed. Views are as the pics highlight. Staff on ground are wonderful! We had inclimate weather one day and staff were super helpful - thanks to Anita on ground. Small (little expensive) grocery store a block away, but main grocery 5 mins away. beach was spectacular (Charles from Charles watersport made it easy!) and wonderful casual beach snacks and shacks with inexpensive drinks and food along with some higher ends. Private, quiet and wonderful 3 BR condo with great views. Thanks for having us; can't wait to go back!

Wonderful stay!

The condo was absolutely a wonderful stay. Very clean, safe, and the staff were very nice. They do a great job maintaining the property. Everything is brand new. Access to two beautiful pools and the gorgeous beach is a huge plus for my family. Near shops and restaurants as well. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean, ocean front property. Beach and water was nice, as well as the pool. Umbrellas at the pool would have been nice. Property manager was quick to respond. Everyone was friendly.

Loved staying at Fran’s condo at Sapphire Beach. Wonderful unit with great views! The location was very convenient close to many restaurants you could walk to. Communication with both owner and property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this place for your island getaway

My family and I love this property and we keep coming back. We’ve tried many others over the years, but this one meets all of our needs. The place is high quality, clean, and well equipped. Wonderful birthday vacay’

Fran’s place was fantastic. Clean, well decorated and comfortable. The concierge service offered at the condo was able to grocery shop for us. This was a tremendous help especially with our flight arriving after midnight. Years ago I stayed at same complex on the 2nd floor, but staying on 5th floor had the best views. Fran’s condo offered plenty of bath towels, beach towels, coolers, extra pillows and blankets and board games. The kitchen looked well stocked, but we hired a cook to prepare our meals during our stay, so my group only utilized the leftovers in fridge & microwave…lol. Fran was super responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to be back very soon.

Thank-you for viewing our property. We fell in love with Barbados 15 years ago. Its a safe place and the people are friendly. We love cooking and cocktails and the kitchen here has everything we need. We have been involved in real estate for some time now. Knowing Barbados and owning property on the south coast made sense to us. Beach and blue skies. We can't ask for more.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

There are many reasons we chose our Barbados property. The beach, the weather which is always around 29 degrees Celsius and the lack of hurricanes are the primary reasons for purchasing this property. The stability of the Island and the friendly population are also main contributing factors. Flights are readily available and Bajan standards are modeled after British and North American standards so everything in pretty much comparable to back home...except the weather.

Amazing views overlooking Dover beach from a top floor perspective. There is active bird watching from the unit of many local species. The master bedroom opens to a large terrace overlooking the south ocean with its amazing turquoise waters. Restaurants and many amenities all within walking distance.
