El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, mientras que el segundo dormitorio se puede configurar con 2 camas individuales o una cama de matrimonio. Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño y ducha y el dormitorio principal tiene una bañera / ducha. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, estufa, microondas y lavavajillas. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 pero también hay espacio en la encimera de la cocina de mármol. El dormitorio principal tiene un patio con vista al mar y la sala de estar está amueblada con cómodos asientos. También hay una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. La cubierta de la piscina en la planta baja cuenta con cómodas tumbonas para tomar el sol y unos pasos que puede tomar un refrescante baño en el mar, donde hay una hermosa piscina natural ubicado dentro de las rocas. Hay una playa de arena blanca que se extiende por más de una milla en una dirección y en la otra dirección se puede caminar en el paseo marítimo de la playa Rockley, una de las mejores playas de la isla. La propiedad es tranquila, privada y segura con aparcamiento subterráneo disponible si desea alquilar un coche. Hay wi-fi, televisión por cable y teléfono y la villa está totalmente climatizado.

The perfect spot for everything but we loved the view the most, it doesn’t get better! Angela is such a welcoming host with lots of great recommendations, plenty of basic necessities provided, and great communication throughout. Convenient parking, access to pool, boardwalk with many restaurants, beaches nearby. 10/10 would recommend!

It was a beautiful villa with ocean front views, very quiet, on the boardwalk. At night we can just walk in the boardwalk and go to different restaurants/bar. It was also very near Carlyle Bay where we would drive and hang out for the day. We did this for 3 days.

Excellent villa and location

Clean, well appointed, accurate description. Angela was an excellent communicator and it was nice to be walking distance from so many good restaurants and attractions, not to mention the boardwalk right outside. Pro tip: Walk about 13 minutes or so to the other end of the boardwalk for the best beach.

lovely location on the ocean boardwalk

This is a beautiful villa, right on the ocean boardwalk with access to numerous restaurants and a small shopping mall for groceries and basic items. The villa is right on the beach.

This is the best location in barbados!!! close to everything !!! Angela is great and makes sure the stay is perfect. 5 stars. We used brian as our taxi driver he is always early also 5 stars!!!

Ocean Front Gem

This property is spacious, comfortable and as pictured. The sunset views and location are perfect and within walking distance of a number of restaurants and bars. We were two couples travelling together and the suite provides lots of space and privacy for 4. Angela was very informative and helpful. We can highly recommend staying here.

Incredible stay!

Thank you so much Angela for opening the doors to your paradise. The 8 days spent in your magnificent villa were incredible: the view to die from the balcony, the boardwalk at the foot of the building, the magnificent beach with its natural swimming pool and crystal clear water, the sound of the waves that rocked our nights, the cleanliness of the place, combined with a fully equipped and comfortable villa made this trip a perfection. We hope to return soon and it will certainly be at Angela's place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Angela was a very hospitable host and promptly answered any questions that we had. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The Villa is very clean as are all of the common areas. The views are amazing. You can walk the beach for miles. We took a tour of the Island with Brian and appreciated all of his insights into Bajan life. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Villa with amazing Sunset Ocean views!

We loved our stay in this villa! The views as you walk in are incredible! The villa was well laid out and clean, it had all the amenities you could need and was in a good location with several restaurants and bars along the beach boardwalk in front. The building has its own swimming pool but also right outside is a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Barbados. The host was wonderful as well and gave us lots of help and information when we arrived. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday!

A view to die for!!

The location of this property really sells it- a view of turquoise waters as you step in, right on the beach, easily accessible transportation, with restaurants and groceries nearby. The property does not offer cleaning, although weekly cleaning is available in other units. Given our previous experiences and length of stay, this came as a surprise. When asked Angela offered to do one week, which never materialized. A review of the kitchen utensils is needed, as some stuff either did not work or was not available and the nonstick pans lost their non stick ability. .. However these are an easy fix. This may not have been noted if we had a shorter stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this coveted location!!

Very pleasant stay at a lovely villa

Pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this villa. It is in the perfect location, well maintained and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beachfront balcony where we would relax at night with a glass of rum punch or early morning coffee. Angela St. John is a charming host and makes sure that every detail is covered. We stayed for 6 nights following our stay at the Hilton. We enjoyed the Hilton but preferred the Villa because of the space, conveniences and ability to walk to the Farmer’s Market or along the boardwalk to restaurants on the beach. We hope to return for a much longer stay.

Incredible Oceanside Villa

What an amazing place to stay! Overlooking the Caribbean Ocean and listening to the waves come to shore is so amazing. From the moment we arrived and when Angela came to say good bye we were treated to spectacular service and hospitality. I can’t say enough about this villa. Close to all amenities and dining choices. All within walking distance and especially lovely if you take the boardwalk at the ocean front. We will definitely be back. Thank you Angela !! You made our 35th wedding anniversary incredible.

Great get away

If you enjoy waves lapping in and really knowing you're staying on the sea, this is the place for you. Angela was responsive to all questions we had and she was proactive in contacting us to give a heads up about a holiday that would effect openings in the grocery stores and shops. Check in and check out were very easy and Angela was very respectful of the space. Besides the great location, there was a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers to welcome us. Live plants gave the villa a homey feel. Transportation to stores, restaurants and beaches was very easy without the need to rent a car. Angela, a native Bajan, is knowledgeable about whatever you need to know about the island.

Perfect beach/pool villa for a relaxing stay

We had a peaceful 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The pool is lovely, so refreshing on these hot days. The beach was perfect for a swim, we did lots of long walks. The rental had everything we could want and we appreciated the inclusion of some basic kitchen things like salt/pepper, and all the kitchen tools we could want. There are lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We had a rental car and this was a great base to explore the island from. The rental car parking isn’t as narrow as other reviews had led me to believe, but one thing I’ll note is that the ramp down to the parking is steep and we bottomed out our little rental car most times we came and went, so I’d suggest either getting a rental that’s higher off the ground or make sure your rental policy includes coverage for damage to the bottom of front bumpers (we had a tiny little Chevy spark but the other vehicles in the garage all seemed higher off the ground). It didn’t take away from our experience though, highly recommend this rental for a peaceful vacation.

Perfect stay!

Angela’s place was simply perfect! The property is on the ocean and is exactly as seen in the photos. The views are simply incredible and a nice breeze cooled the apartment well so we only used the AC at night. Kitchen is very well appointed with extra touches such as ice packs. We appreciated that beach towels were provided. Beds were comfortable, on the firm side. The second bedroom does face the busy street, so was a bit noisier to sleep, but with the AC fan it was manageable. The location is excellent, with several beaches (Rockley was our fave) and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Tapas, Baby Doll, Buzo, Chill Cafe were great, Blakey’s was the disappointment, both for food and service. The bus stop is just outside the door, and we used the ZRs, and yellow and blue buses all week to explore the island. The villa is on the Richard Haynes Boardwalk allowing for energizing morning walks and sunset strolls. Angela was a great host, promptly answering our questions and providing great tips!

Beautiful Views

The property is as described and the views are wonderful. We saw turtles in the water from above everyday and the waves rolled in against the rocks in a calming and breathtaking manner. The property has a wonderful breeze which keeps you cool with the AC as an evening back up plan. The location on the boardwalk provides a scenic path to many eateries. The only downside of the property, coded locks everywhere and tight parking, is no fault of the property owner/manager, Angela, who is always willing to help, greets you upon arrival and shares suggestions about the island. The building has locks everywhere and uses a key for one, a code for several and a different code for the parking garage. It's not very intuitive but easy to overcome the hassle when on vacation in such a lovely spot! The parking situation is poor due to the narrow width of the building and the tight underground garage design, however, a car is not necessary as several day trips in a taxi would provide a tour of the island. Very nice property with everything one needs to relax and enjoy Barbados.

Forget the resort, stay here!

We stayed at one of the local resorts the first night of our arrival from the U.S. because of quarantine requirements, and man were we glad that we didn't book that resort for the whole trip. This villa was a million times better! It was hard to ever shut the patio door because the views and the sound of the ocean were breathtaking. This was the PERFECT place for us to stay on our honeymoon. Everything was so close on the boardwalk right outside the back doors. We enjoyed going to Oistin's for fish (go to Uncle George's!) so much that we went back 3 times in the 8 days we were there. Cool Runnings catamaran was a fantastic experience. Beginner surfing lessons with Ride the Tide surf school was awesome. Carlisle Bay is a short ZR bus ride and was the most amazing beach for swimming--no rocks or seaweed and perfectly clear water. Don't pay more than $5BBD per beach chair and umbrella rental! There are helpful folks that will offer to set you up in the chairs when you arrive. Glory Tours brought us to see parts of the island that we never would have seen otherwise, so that should also be on everyone's list. Mount Gay Rum tour and lunch was well worth it. Breakfast and coffee at Art Splash within walking distance of the apartment, good food and coffee and it was open every day. Happy hour and live music at Blakey's and Chill, also both in walking distance. Chill also has unassumingly-great casual food like wraps and chicken tenders. 4-for-$10 beers! Nicer dinners at Tapas and Champers. Tapas is within walking distance and right on the boardwalk, so you can't beat the view. Champers is on a cliff and nicer for dinner with a view, within a short ZR ride. Speaking of "ZR's" for the second time, don't be afraid to jump on one as the preferred local option for travel. Taxi's are everywhere too, but more expensive. Start walking on the street in the direction you want to go, and when you see a white van with license plate starting with "ZR", hop on and they will take you anywhere in that direction for $3.50BBD. We truly don't have one bad thing to say, and will never forget how great our honeymoon in Barbados was. I've never had a host be more responsive and helpful than Angela, from the time we inquired about booking to the time we had to leave. After being on the island for a week, I didn't see any other places on the boardwalk that I would have rather stayed at. Thank you Angela!!

The ocean view and location were incredible! It was pure bliss to open all the doors and let the ocean breeze roll through sipping our coffee in the morning. Kitchen is fully equipped. It was perfect for a couple but does have two bedrooms total that would be good for a family trip. Washer and dryer were great for washing clothes and beach towels. The condo is close to some gorgeous beaches including Rockley/Accra within a mile walking distance with all the beach bars and lounge chairs or can just go to the little beach a very short 2 min walk on the boardwalk. One of the top beaches in the Caribbean, Carlisle Bay, is a 10 minute taxi ride. We snorkeled the turtles and enjoyed the beach amenities. Walking on the boardwalk together was a special treat at sunset. We could see sting rays and turtles from our condo. We didn’t bring snorkel gear this trip, but the snorkel and dive boats park a short swim away from the condo. There were great restaurants around, including a few restaurants with vegan options. The Chill Bar had music some nights and beach front on the boardwalk. There are yoga and fitness classes in the bandstand and a farmers market a few days a week. Really nice neighborhood/community vibe. We rented a car because we like driving ourselves, but you could easily taxi to go places and is definitely best if you don’t like small streets or aren’t familiar with driving on the left side of the road.Host was very responsive and is a really nice person.

I have lived in Barbados my whole life except for 4 years when I attended university in Canada. I know the island extremely well and grew up about a mile away from this property.

The South Coast Boardwalk is a beautiful part of the island. It is a favourite nesting site for Hawksbill turtles and you can often get a view of the turtles swimming in the ocean. There is a shallow natural ocean pool with a beautiful beach, just a few steps away.

There is a sun deck with a swimming pool where you can spend lazy afternoons. There is a breathtaking view from the patio located off of the master bedroom. Although the unit is fully air-conditioned, you will want to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze on the patio. The property is quiet, secluded and secure and our property manager will assist in any way possible to help make your vacation memorable. We can advise you on the best things to see and do on the island. You can do as little or as much as you would like and public transportation is available right outside.
