CASA LINDA - quiet, peaceful 3 bedroom home in Mesa Del Sol.
Unwind at CASA LINDA at this quiet, comfortable and homey property outfitted with everything you might need for an extended stay. Golf at Mesa Del Sol Golf Club, open to the public, less than a mile away.
Amenities include water softener, air purifier, gas fireplace, all new windows, covered patio plus fully landscaped back yard. Tile flooring throughout the home.
Ample seating is provided in the living room, and dining table/kitchen bar seat up to 6 people. Spectrum cable, DVD player and discs, and access to sign into your accounts on Amazon, Netflix, Apple, etc. on the 65" television.
In the kitchen, you'll find a gas stove, brand new microwave and every small appliance you can think of, including Keurig coffee machine, a brew coffee machine, air fryer, blender, crock pot, teapot, Brita water filter, spices and condiments, ample supply of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. For safety, there's a fire extinguisher and first aid kit under the sink.
The primary bedroom features a large on suite bathroom and walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, in addition to plenty of cabinet space. The California King bed provides USB and electrical plugs in the headboard. Two sets of bedding and pillows available. The bathroom has a huge jetted tub and stall shower.
The back guest room is outfitted with a queen size bed, two sets of linens and pillows, and a ceiling fan.
In the guest room/office, there is a full bed and a small desk. This bed also has two sets of linens and pillows. There's a wireless inkjet printer as well as a multi charger plug and block.
For your pets, we've left a water bowl and secured the side gate with a lock and mesh to keep Fido in the yard.
The newly landscaped back yard is your private oasis, with ambient lighting for evening. The ranch-style firepit is perfect for cooking hot dogs and marshmallows on the cool evenings. Or grill on the full size barbeque. The giant hammock is perfect for your relaxation at the end of the day.
Front patio and garage door exterior lights are photosensitive and will come on each night at dark.

Hi! We are Linda and Jim. We've been in Yuma for 4 years, and still maintain a home in Southern California for the time being. We are retired and very involved in the Rotary Club in our town, as well as other volunteer/service activities. We have family in Yuma, and are there quite often. We have a bit of experience a couple of years ago with another rental platform you might have heard of. We had a two year break from the short term rental market when we hosted a tenant for two years.

We absolutely love Mesa Del Sol. Not only is it very quiet and peaceful, but we are fascinated by the individuality of the properties and landscape. It just feels like home. The neighbors are wonderful and we think you'll feel quite at home.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Casa Linda is a labor of love. We've spent a lot of time selecting furnishings and decor. After our long term renter moved out earlier this year, we replaced all the windows, most of the furnishings, and fully landscaped the back yard. The high ceilings and open concept living area are excellent for entertaining. The primary bedroom and guest rooms are on opposite side of the home for maximum privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost anything you'll need to prepare your meals. Weve left a selection of condiments, coffee, tea, etc. We hope you will love spending time there as much as we do!
