About this space
This 1-bdrm Nob Hill condo is located in the heart of one of Portland's most vibrant and desirable neighborhoods. Handcrafted coffee, decadent food, pubs/bars, parks, museums, trails, and urban hikes are just all just steps away. 2 blocks to the street car, NW23rd ave, and the Pearl District.
The space
This classic 1920's brick building has tons of old world charm but is newly renovated for ultimate comfort. Located in the center of everything in the vibrant Alphabet District, the best of Portland is at your doorstep. Tons of restaurants (check out my restaurant guide), sidewalk cafés, boutiques, parks, galleries, and urban hikes are all within walking distance.
Cozy living and dining space.
Super plush memory foam queen bed. Renovated bathroom with period tile, shower, and original long tub for a hot soak after a hike in neighboring Forrest or Washington Parks.
Well stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances all of the utensils/spices/dishware for a home cooked meal.
Washer/dryer in unit.

Bluetooth sound system/sound bar

This is an entire 1 bedroom unit that is my personal residence in a 14 unit boutique building. There is a bike room down the hall and a bike shop to rent bikes on on 19th and Lovejoy. Portland is a very bike friendly city.
