The Space:
As part of one of the most desirable complexes in Madeira Beach, this condo has all the charm and amenities needed for a memorable getaway with loved ones. Nestled between the intracoastal waters and the sandy Gulf shores, Sea Breeze 608 provides dual balconies to ensure you never miss a view, whether sunrise or sunset.

Step inside to find a stylish, open living area with contemporary furnishings and beachfront balcony access, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and an island breakfast bar, and a nicely appointed dining area. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, free WiFi and cable service, and beach chairs, towels, and a cooler provided as well.

The primary suite has balcony access overlooking the intracoastal waters and a private bathroom featuring dual granite vanities and a spacious walk-in shower.

The Sea Breeze is a Gulf-front property with a heated beachside swimming pool, an oversize hot tub, a bocce court, a grilling patio, and direct access to the beautiful beach. Madeira Beach, affectionately known as Mad Beach, meanwhile, is a unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. It's home to John's Pass Village, six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, so there's something for everyone.

Great location

This condo has everything you need for beach vacation! Great location, walking distance to shopping, bars & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would return for sure. The only thing that would have been better is the cleanliness of the floors, walls and bedding.

***CONSTRUCTION*** demo/reno in adjacent unit

There is a full construction demo/reno happening in the unit adjacent to this unit. They share wall. I was supposed to take a solo beach retreat July 18 for 2 nights. I have 6 kids, 11 and younger, and was looking forward to having a place directly on the beach to relax and recharge for my family. When I arrived there were construction workers drilling, hammering, yelling at each other in the unit right next door, like three feet away! I did not feel safe at all being there by myself and it was VERY loud. I immediately messaged on VRBO about the situation, notifying them that I did not feel safe and I was leaving. I received no response. My husband sent a text to Vacasa and they told him they would have to contact a regional director about it for a refund. Anyways, I tried to find another place to stay but was unable to find what I was looking for in such short notice. I ended up driving back to my home 1.5 hours away at night. I had taken pictures of the construction permit signs on the unit's door and sent it to Vacasa. They did end up refunding me, but what I really wanted was my peaceful beach retreat. I hope to be able to carve some time out again and find another place soon. I wasted my time, my money on gas, but mostly lost my peace of mind from this horrible experience. An apology and refund can't give me these things back and certainly cannot make another three day beach retreat happen in my busy life. False advertising actually hurts people.

Beautiful Condo

We visited your condo with our high schooler and college student for a relaxing vacation together. We know our time with our grown-ish kids is precious. Your condo on Madeira Beach is amazing! We loved the views, the relaxing beach, the pool, the grills, and the location. We had everything we needed. The unit was nicely decorated, clean, and comfy. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely consider returning or recommending your condo to others. Thank you for your attention to detail and helping us make memories and have a great vacation.

Clean condo and great ocean views

Very clean condo with lots of extras for your beach stay such as beach toys, chairs, cooler, umbrellas, etc. we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Shout out the amazing maintenance guy that was so incredibly helpful.

Great week!

We overall loved the condo and beach on this property. The property is well kept and the building was newly painted. Our condo was clean enough when we arrived, however the walls could use a deep clean and the area rug could be replaced because of the sand it was appearing dirty. The kitchen was fully stocked and was essential for me because I cooked several days while there. The king size bed has plastic covering and made me sweat every night. The elevator situation was the only thing steering me away from this location for returning because it’s the slowest elevator I have encountered. The pool and hot tub are nice, however the times we wanted to enjoy them they were very crowded. The hot tub could be age limited so the kiddos don’t take over both. All in all the location and property were very nice and walked down to Jon’s pass several times and caddy’s on the beach. The laundry rooms both were easy and convenient to our room!

Perfect beach vacation

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice a d exactly what we needed. We were close to great restaurants anf shopping and only steps away from the pool and beach!

Walkable location, beautiful beach

3 friends for a long weekend. We did not have a car. Easy Uber from Tampa airport. Lots of options for food, drink and shopping in walking distance. Beautiful sunsets every evening from the balcony. Liked the 6th floor view. Would rent condo again.

Wonderful Stay

The Seabreeze was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Everything is as described (frankly we were impressed by all the kitchen amenities.) The view is breathtaking. Very clean. As others have noted, the different codes for all the different doors, gates etc is a little annoying, but we enjoyed the sense of security and you figure it out quickly. Also, the elevator is quite temperamental and “freezes” quite a bit, which meant hauling luggage 7 flights, so be aware if that if you are unable to do steps. We would say the elevator only worked 30-40% of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Coast Gem

The Condo was very beautiful and very nicely appointed with everything we needed. The pictures show exactly what you get. The view was gorgeous! The only slight negatives are the road noise in the main bedroom, no shade covering on the door to the back deck, very slow and "quirky" elevator and the multiple codes needed to get into the elevator, beach & pool gates and other doors. Overall our stay was very enjoyable despite the "red tide". We still managed to enjoy the wonderful pool, whirlpool & beach.

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment is lovely with new furniture and lots of room. The property is kept in great condition. We love the hot tub and the pool which were both like new. The whole area is cleaned every morning so it was spotless. Only one small con: The bedrooms face the street and you can hear the noise of traffic at night. Be sure to get the code for the elevator before you go. That was not included in our instructions

Would stay here again.

Some minor inconveniences around the parking pass (I didn't receive the parking pass email until after I had left home for the property. Wasted some time trying to find a place to print the pass, only to find there was one inside the property) and entry codes (the entry code keypads for the beach / pool are not illuminated, which makes it difficult at night). But, overall, excellent experience. The property was very well maintained and the location was excellent. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beach and Sports

We took a trip to take a couple of days at the beach and then a couple days of doing sports and downtown. The property is beautiful and there were no better sky views...gorgeous ocean view

Fun in the sun!

We we very surprised as the views were amazing and the condo was clean. They had beach chairs to use which helped us pack less. They only thing was there were not enough clean towels provided for the number of days. I contacted VRBO they said there were laundry facility in the complex, but you would think towels would be provided for all the nights of your stay. One thing that was weird is housekeeping left an envelope for you to put a tip for housekeeping but you pay for that service in the service fees that are charged. All in all would recommend the unit as the view is amazing and the location is wonderful.

Long weekend get away

This was our first time visiting this area. I knew I wanted a condo with a view, and this did not disappoint. Sitting on the balcony each morning and at night was pure heaven. No need to take a dolphin sight seeing cruise... you could watch them from the balcony or on a morning walk on the beach. We were very happy with the condo - it was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Thank you!
