Cute rental close to so much

We stayed here recently for a family weekend trip with our friends. Everything was great with Vacasa but the lobby staff was not very accommodating. I was told the lobby would be closed when we arrived on Friday bc Vacasa said the lobby was only open M-F until 4:30pm. I was instructed via Vacasa to write my name and check in/out dates on a piece of paper and put on my dash in lieu of a parking pass. This is actually inaccurate. We woke up the next morning to a warning on our windshield saying we were parked illegally. I called the front desk and said I followed Vacasa instructions. The lady who answered the phone kept cutting me off and told me they are open 24/7 and then hung up on me. I went and got a parking pass after we came back from our planned day outing. The gentleman at the desk was actually extremely nice and helpful and understanding that this was an error. The rental itself was perfect for our needs. Big open common area and full kitchen. The rooms were nice and spacious. Parking is a little tricky as there are concrete poles and super tight spots. Tip: if you have a larger vehicle head towards the end of the parking (if you turn in at the main entrance between the building and the Mexican restaurant - head all the way to the end). There are more spots that are a little larger. Also, keep in mind you will need to bring paper goods and trash bags and laundry detergent if you are staying more than one day with a few people. Great location! Walking distance to a lot

Bare minimum

One bath towel per guest. 10 clothes hangers for the whole apartment, 5 guests. Old pots and pans. Old carpet. Smelly couch. Beds were uncomfortable. Beach stuff left behind was so bad that we rented from the Green Iguana. Still a nice looking apartment in a great location.

Great stay!

I really loved the whole theme of the place. The bedrooms each matched with everything. The 2nd bedroom has cute decor. This unit came stocked with plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, utensils to cook with, and mostly all the things you need. They had 3 different coffee pots (i don't drink coffee, but my boyfriend does). I didn't use the stand alone shower. My kids like baths so we strictly used the master bath. The only thing i would say is that the sink in the master bath drains very slow and would fill up while you were brushing your teeth. They had huge TV in living room and a TV in each room which was nice. Little games in the kids room which they enjoyed. They had 3 extra box fans. The master room did get hotter because of the direct sunlight. I kept those blinds closed at all times. Many beach towels and extra things for the beach. I really liked this unit. I would definitely come back. I wish the pool was slightly bigger, but we had a blast! 509 one of the best units I've been to!

Beautiful Condo Steps From The Beach

My husband and I stayed for the first time in this location of Florida and was not disappointed the unit was spotless- spacious-location was outstanding. Walking distance to John's Pass for lots of entertainment and shopping- beach access is steps away and the pool was awesome. We had an outstanding vacation- would go back in a heatbeat and VACASA allowing early access was the best part.

Great condo

We had a great stay at this condo! It had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Unit was very clean. The balcony was a great place to sit and drink coffee and watch the sun come up. The location of this condo is perfect! Beach is literally right across the street and being able to walk to John’s Pass was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Rymlig och trevlig lägenhet. 2 min. promenad till den fina stranden. Dock fick vi börja med att dammsuga och torka av köksluckorna när vi kom dit. Men annars verkligen inget att klaga på. Åker gärna hit igen.

Amazing condo!

The condo was so beautiful, updated and clean! The beds and pillows were comfy. The balcony is such a great space and the view is so pretty. It’s so close to everything and I loved that the beach access was right across the street from the building. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The condo was nice.

Nice, clean condo. Only complaint was the pool. Too small for the size of the property. Location is walking distance to John's Pass where there is great food, shopping and water sport rentals. Overall nice peoperty.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

This property is a neat, clean, and well maintained property. The walk to the beach is easy and the resort staff was friendly. However, upon arrival the master bedroom was 8-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the unit. We used 3 box fans that were in the closet and pulled the curtains for the entire stay but it remained extremely uncomfortable. I replied to a Teeming Rentals email asking for concerns and got no reply. I also called the customer service number and stayed on an extended hold before finally giving up in frustration. If the problem was fixed, this would be a great place to stay. Otherwise, don’t waste your money.

Great property, excellent location!

Almost everything about this place was perfect for our stay! Easy walk to the beach across the street or John’s Pass just down the road. The “concierge” service in the building was a little lacking, but nice that it was there at least and parking was simple enough. More than enough seating inside and out for a party of 5 adults, but the foldout bed wasn’t exactly the most comfortable. We did find some dirty dishes put up in the cabinets, but so it goes... All in all would definitely stay again given the location and amenities!

Nice unit in good location - Mad Beach

Property was in good condition and in a good location relative to community amenities. Master bedroom significantly warmer than rest of condo making it difficult to sleep during higher temps. A little more cleaning required than I'd prefer given the cleaning fee.

Overall very good and great location.

Only actual issue was it was hard to figure out how to get a parking pass (signs were clear until I noticed them later that lobby is on floor 2). I also wasn't sure where to go to shower off after the beach but later found that by the pool. It's not a huge deal at all and the condo was very well done. Kids had a blast.
