Start your day with a cup of coffee, made in the French press or coffeemaker, out on your petite, private balcony. This home is dog friendly, so if you've brought your pup, take him for a walk around the neighborhood before you head inside to make breakfast. Pop some bread in the toaster or take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, which features all the appliances you need, including a convection oven, gadgets, and utensils to prepare a feast. Modern in-home essentials include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and split-units in every room providing comfortable heating and cooling throughout the home.

When it’s time to eat, there’s a sweet two-person table just adjacent, or take your meal downstairs to your private patio and dine alfresco at the patio table. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable couch with a flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for quiet nights in. Not that you’ll have many – there’s tons to do when you decide to venture out.

St. Pete is home to a thriving art scene and visitors can expect fantastic art experiences during the numerous art sales, and by visiting local museums and art studios. Second Saturday is an open studio night each month, and features local artists' booths/sales, as well as many studios open to the public, complete with street food/drink and entertainment. Central Avenue is loaded with bars, restaurants, and shops, and it’s a great place to walk or bike and see it all, and the squeaky white-sand beaches of the Gulf Coast are nearby as well.
