The living area features two reclining sofas, an accent chair, and a Samsung 65" Smart TV with streaming access, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. A sliding glass door opens to the inviting lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.



The dining area offers a beautiful table with seating for six, plus two additional bar stools at the kitchen island—great for family meals or morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook as much (or as little!) as you like, including a toaster, blender, Keurig pod & drip coffee maker, and more.



Downstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a twin and full-size bed and a large closet for convenient storage. The full bathroom on this level features a tub/shower combo and is conveniently located near the kitchen.



Upstairs, the primary suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a Samsung 50" TV with Firestick streaming, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own private balcony, with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) just steps away. A washer and dryer are also available upstairs for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy the spacious lanai, complete with seating for six, a cozy outdoor sofa, and relaxing golf course views. Fire up the propane grill or the Traeger smoker for a true BBQ experience while soaking in the Florida sunshine.



To ensure you can get around the community in style, there is a golf cart for your use with approved waiver for our guests.
