Very clean and great location

We had a great stay. The house is very clean and is a great location. Convenient to 75 and all of the attractions in Tampa. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the game room playing pool! The owner checked in with us several to makeSure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Tampa.

Perfect stay close to all Tampa fun

Our family of five loved our stay at Veronica's place. Getting into the house after a long flight from Europe was a breeze. The house was extremely clean, spatious and well appointed. We were missing nothing.The pool and tennis/basketball court was a very short stroll through the backyard. The neighbourhood was quiet safe and friendly, perfect for a run.And it was a short drive from Publix, restaurants and the outlet mall. As well as a convenient drive from Busch Gardens as well as Amalie arena for that Lightning game.The perfect Easter sunday was our little kayaking escape to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.I would highly recommend this house for your next Tampa escape.

Great home, quiet neighborhood and friendly host

Our host was very friendly and communicative, the house was clean and exactly as it was listed, and we were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect for us to get to downtown Tampa and several other locations. Beds are comfy, we sat out on the screened in porch and even got a few games of pool in. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

A Good Choice in Lutz

Furnishings and kitchen supplies were basic but very functional for our needs. Also includes some nice amenities—grill, foosball, pool table and community pool access—that we didn’t use. Community playground nearby. Close to Tampa Premium Outlet Mall and many restaurants. Host communication was excellent.

Birthday in Lutz

The property is very nicely done and in a quiet well kept environment-even though Edward Scissorhands was filmed there 😂 very convenient to USF and Tampa Premium Mall! Always love going to ABC Pizza 🍕 the kitchen was especially nice for the creating and baking of our granddaughters birthday cake!

Great central location

The house was located close to the outlet mall and many other shopping experiences. Great neighborhood with some amazing birds to see. The communal pool just behind the house. We had a most wonderful time! Host was very helpful!

This was our first VRBO. Great home in a quiet neighborhood! The house very clean and the beds were comfortable. Cute porch area with table and gas grill. Nice community pool and the kids loved the pool table in the garage. The host was great!

Perfect Location

A beautiful home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The host was so kind and helpful. The location could not have been better for restaurants, shopping, excursions and our hockey tournament. Thank you! We'll be back.

Great house

We had a great time here. Loved the pool table and foosball table - made for a lot of fun evenings with my teenage daughter. House is in great shape and great location for north Tampa.

Great stay!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping, food, etc. The home isa spacious inside and very clean and updated. The game room was nice for our teenagers. Many TV’s and all the kitchen appliances we needed. There was plenty of space for sleeping. I highly recommend this property. Great communication with manager as well.

I moved to the Tampa Bay area over 30 years ago. My husband and I both graduated from the University of South Florida with degrees in Engineering and currently work from home. We are a family of five and have traveled to several places throughout the years. We have stayed in hotels for the most part and on some occasions thought of how our stays could have been better. We had the opportunity to become short term rental hosts and we jumped at the opportunity. While I'm the main host, my husband is always ready to help when needed. We both aim for perfection in everything we do, and this is no exception. Our goal is for our guests to have a wonderful/relaxing experience on our rentals.

This house is located in an HOA which means, the owners pretty much need to follow certain rules to keep the neighborhood beautiful and safe. I personally inspect the house before each reservation to make sure everything is ready by the time you check-in.

This house is just a short walk from the community pool and is conveniently located near Tampa Premium Outlet, Shops at Wiregrass, AdventHealth Center, dining, supermarkets, and I-75/275.
