When you arrive at the property you will be in awe of the glass exterior high rise building that illuminates under the city lights. Surrounded by various entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc you will never not have anything to do that Interest you. If you are a home body and much rather stay indoors, there are many 5star amenities available for use on the property. The spa pool with loungers are available for when you want to have a swim and soak up some sun. There is also an outdoor terrace overlooking the city with an outdoor grilling station. Fire pits are available, if you want to cozy up on a summer/winter night. If you like to exercise there is a state of the art gym available on the property for your use. The neighborhood is also walkable if you like to take a sprint. There is a train station a 2 minute walk away if you need alternate transportation around the city. Now that we have touch basis about the exterior, let’s get into the interior of the unit. When you enter the front door, to your left is the bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower and all the essentials. The washer/ dryer is also available in the bathroom. Next, the unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a keurig for coffee making, and all the essentials needed to whip up a meal. There is a dining table available with four seats to gather around and share a meal and make memories. The living room area features a 65” tv with streaming apps, so you can enjoy your favorite shows. The floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views is featured in every room in the house so you can let any much needed sunlight or watch the city lights in every area of the unit. The large balcony/Patio area equipped with outdoor furniture is sure double as an outdoor oasis to watch the city view and enjoy some fresh air. The master bedroom features a comfy bed, a tv, a closet and clothing storage. The 2nd bedroom also has a comfy/cozy bed, a closet and storage. I am pleased to share with you how wonderful the property is, but you have to come see it in person. I am dedicated host that’s here to assist you throughout your entire stay. It will be an honor to host you as you experience luxury in Buckhead at your home away from home.

You have full access to every amenity the building has to offer such as, pool, gym, dinning area, bbq grills, dedicated work area, coffee lounge with free Starbucks coffee.

Check-in:
• Time: 5:00pm or later
• Please refer to Checkin Manual for full checkin instructions.
• Contact host if you have any questions

Checkout:
• Time: 11:00am
• Place all used towels in basket located in closet.
• Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
• Place trash in trash chute located at the end of hallways from the unit.(literally 10 secs away)
• Close & lock all windows
• Remove any personal belongings & food items prior to checking out.
• Turn off all lights & A/C

• Place key fob back in lockbox prior to checking out or give it to the person/host that assisting with your checkout process. It is a $150 fee to replace.

• Please DO NOT Remove Makeup with white towels, use makeup removing wipes or black face towel. You will be charged for replacements.

ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking as there is a minimum $500 charge for smoking in the unit.

ABSOLUTELY NO parties/events! You will be charged $500 fee.


For early check-in, an additional fee of $50 will be applied .For late check-out, an additional fee of $75 will be applied. You will be charged $30 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that was not discussed. If you need late check out or early check-in please discuss this with me prior so we can make necessary arrangements that is convenient for everyone. All early check-ins & late check-outs are subject to availability.
