Tucked away on the scenic shores of Atlantic Beach, discover the charming Dunescape Villas. Centrally located by the nearby beaches, shops, eateries, and more, this little oasis is the perfect spot to slip on your sandals and explore. For unique amusements check out Game On Escape Rooms (3.5 miles), the North Carolina Aquarium At Pine Knoll Shores (3.6 miles), and Lost Treasure Golf & Raceway (6.3 miles).

Inside your stay, discover a great list of private and shared amenities! The main living area is adorned with fun pops of green and blue. Lounge on the plush sofa and tune into your favorite TV show. Whip up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen featuring powder blue cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. The additional bar area is the perfect space to prepare a fresh cocktail before you take it out on your private, ocean-view balcony.

Each bedroom has been carefully decorated with bright pops of tropical colors. Delight in the various pinks, oranges, blues, and greens. For your comfort and convenience, a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning are available inside your condo.

Step outside and enjoy the marvelous shared amenities Dunescape Villas has to offer. Take a dip in the shared pool. We enjoyed the stay very much. The listing is as shown, very clean and a great experience overall. We stayed with our daughter and her family. I enjoyed having two balconies to view the ocean both overlook the pool.

Nice oceanfront condo

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, cozy condo. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay with comfy beds, pristine bathrooms, well-appointed kitchen, and balcony with table and chairs. We stayed here the second week of May (before summer crowds), and it was so peaceful and quiet. The living room furniture is worn, but that's the only negative we noticed We would definitely stay again!

We love Dunescape and have been coming to various units for years and years!! This unit did not disappoint!! Wonderful setup, loved the deck furniture and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! We will definitely look for this unit again!

Overall I give this place a 5 Star rating. We only had one issue and it happened on the morning we left and I was given a warning of parking my vehicle in its designated parking area. But other than that we had the best time and would love to rent again!

Dune Scape Villas

We loved the property, very nice. Not really happy with the check out time of 10:00 AM. It's hard to get ready and checked out by this time. The check in crew at Vacasa weren't the friendliest folks I have dealt with before. And we didn't appreciate the parking ticket that was placed on one of our guests windshield.

Additionally, we're sorry for any interaction with our team that did not reflect our guest-centered service approach and the local manager has spoken with them. As for the parking sticker, those are issued by the HOA on-site and are typically only put out if they cannot see a parking pass. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Atlantic Beach

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit lacked much comfort- the living room furniture was uncomfortable. There were no instructions for the tvs so we didn’t use them. My other rental experiences have been far more accommodations. We came in late at night and there were no coffee pods or waters. The master bedroom had no electricityd. If there had been a binder there with instructions for the tvs, where the washer and dryer were and a few washer pods it would have been nice. Vacasa did a nice job but we came in the night before thanksgiving so no one came to fix the electricity for 2 days.
