New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Count the days until your arrival at the incredible 7 Day Weekend. This home offers panoramic ocean and sound views of the National Seashore and features the latest in resort design and furnishings. The ground level has an under-house entry, good parking, and a private pool with a spa. The first level has a furnished recreation room with a game table and a pool table, a full wet bar with a fridge, and a microwave, and it opens to the deck.

On level two, four bedrooms open to decks, including the two primary bedrooms. The media room has a 60-inch smart TV and laundry room and is also located on this floor.

The spacious and gracious third-level great room has cathedral ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and a stunning living area centered around an entertainment center with a 60-inch smart TV and gas fireplace. Bring your best recipes to this all-star kitchen with a breakfast bar, upscale appliances, and top-of-the-line equipment. Join guests in the large dining area with stunning views. A guest bedroom has a bathroom with a jetted tub and a tile shower and opens to a deck.

Plenty of wide sundecks on every level offer quiet spots for everyone. Whether you seek family fun or fishing fantasies, never-ending pleasures await at 7 Day Weekend.

The private pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.

Perfect Place!

The house was very nice and spacious! Loved the pool area with hot tub with outside sink. We rented golf carts which made our trek to the beach easy! Would recommend this home.

Family Vacation

House was functional for a large family. Home just needs some minor maintenance fixes and up keep. The pool and hot tub were very nice and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay.

Location to beach was great. Nice little 5 min walk. The bad part was that EVERYTHING closes early and during the week no restaurants are open. Which was a huge bummer. We had to do back up plans for every plan we made because no one was open. Even had to drive to in land for a sit down breakfast spot.

Great place

Slightly outdated but mostly clean except for ceiling fans and blinds. Beds were comfortable. Dryer took 2-3 hrs to dry a load, vents prob need cleaning. Not many things to do in house besides pool table, no games or books. Lots of dishes,pots and pans etc. we enjoyed our stay!!

House , location was fine …BUT sorely lacking in the MOST basic items e.g. salt, coffee filters, SOAP- basically , if you rent this house, you’re camping out - bring EVERYTHING

Nice place but a little run down

Beautiful house but the hot tub jets didn't work, the dishwasher leaked, the couches and chairs were run down and stained, outdoor pool bar in bad shape. All in all it was a nice house but for the money would think it would be taken care of a little better

7 day weekend

7 day weekend is in a great location if you are wanting to go to the beach and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can walk out on the beach from the short walk out or get a pass and drive out on the 4x4 beach a few miles down the road. Either way, very convenient. The waves deli is great and has all you need if you want to grab a good lunch. The home itself needs a little love but has everything you need for one week. It’s clean and cozy, and has a great layout. There is some wear and tear on the home but it is fairly price. We would book this home again.

Great Pet Friendly Home

If you are looking for a pristine beach vacation rental, this may not be for you, BUT, if you are bringing pets and/or are used to pets at home, this home is perfect. Lots of space, great views, well stocked and comfortable. There are a few cosmetic issues that could be fixed, but they didn't disrupt our vacation. There was a problem with the refrigerator but customer service was awesome and by the next morning, the fridge had started cooling on its on so we canceled the repair ticket. Elevator is great for handicapped and or elderly renters, plus saves the back from lugging so much up 3 stories. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property for a big family getaway

We enjoyed our stay, the property had plenty of space for 12 people. The pool area was nice, and my elderly mother appreciated the elevator, which was also great for carrying luggage and groceries to the main floor. The beach was nice, not crowded. It was a little further than I expected based on other reviews. I tried bringing my beach wagon, but once you get to the entry point for the beach, you have to go over two dunes to get to the beach, so only take what you can carry. The area across the main road was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Overall, we loved the property. I was glad I brought a Keurig for coffee, because there wasn’t one. The kitchen had enough cookware and utensils to get by, we were able to prepare all our meals with the stuff provided. There were some signs that the property is dog friendly, there are scratch marks on the master bath door because someone clearly locked their poor pup in there, and some chew marks on the bottom of bed. We have dogs (that we didn’t bring) so that didn’t bother us, but if you want a pristine house, I figured it was good to note.

A week at the beach

We never received a notification the house was ready. This house was dirty upon arrival, there was food around the kitchen and dining area floor. We had an issue and called Vacasa and they were out within a couple of hours to fix the issue. There were pills found under one of the beds and the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. If you plan to do laundry, know the dryer took over 8 hours to dry a small load of clothes. The pool area had usable furniture but tons of nails popping, be careful and wear shoes. The pool has sun all day which can be a positive or a negative. Things I wish I knew when booking this house, the beach access is close but the walk from the access to the beach is a long walk when you have small children and all the gear. The Food Lion is about 20 mins away; there are some close well stocked markets. The Salvo Sound Beach Day area is very close and nice.

It was fine.

The house was fine, just fine. Nothing was wrong with it that made our vacation bad but it lacked a lot in comparison to other houses. Other houses have fully stocked kitchen, this one did not. Outside of the pool table there were no games or books or puzzles or even any accessories for their “game table” . If you are cool with a very basic house then this would fit your needs. Location was good. However, I did notice a almost $2000 price hike for 2023, we visit in September outside of prime time and I can say I would NOT Pay that much for this house. For that cost a house should have all the bells and whistles.

The house was lovely but needs some tlc the dwasher didn't work at all.

The stove light had been broken for some time. They picked up trash at 4 am on tues waking up guests in two of the front bedrpoms and didn't show up at all on Fri. They had us recycle yet do not pick up to may 1st. But worst of all had to do laundry constantly as they gave us one towel a piece for a weeks stay. Lots of work on my vacation. And porch lights were burnt out so couldn't see stairs at nite. Quite dangerous

Outer Banks Family Vacation

Overall it was good. The property was advertised with a heated pool. Found out after we paid the extra money (60 per day) that it could not be heated and the money was refunded. The elevator did not work when we got there and a repair man had to come to fix but not until we were there 2 days. None of the TVs worked either except for the one in the main living area.(there were 8 TVs in the house) it was apparent that the home had not been rented in a while. Ceiling fans had not been cleaned . The management company was prompt in their replies although it seemed you were texting or emailing an AI assistant. We left a bog bag and notified the company who said they would send it but have not had a reply on the ststus

This house was large enough to suit the 11 of us, which included 6 teenagers, an 85 year old gran...

This house was large enough to suit the 11 of us, which included 6 teenagers, an 85 year old grandma, the super aunt, college boy and the parents. The elevator was great and worked well for our purposes. The kids loved the hot tub, although it tripped the circuit breaker a couple of times, and everyone loved getting in the pool. I would recommend making sure that none of the vines are coming through on the desk as they are riddled with tiny thorns that you can't see until you go to grab it to pull it out. There was ample parking for the 5 cars that we had and access to the beach was nice, but will note that you go over two dunes once you hit it. All that being said, the house was a little worn down and could use some updating. Our bathroom's shower curtain had mold all over it and the sink had a very very slow drain. The hard wood floors upstairs had a fair amount of water damage and by the sliding glass doors and the ice maker was completely jammed, but the super aunt and I cleaned it all out and got it working again. It was a good house and served it's purpose while we were there. We had a good time, but wouldn't rent it again. We like changing it up every year. The last thing of note was that there was a bees nest on the front balcony. The Vacas did send someone out the next day after we called, but we were told they were honey bees and needed to be removed professionally because they are protected.

Make sure to bring ESSENTIALS, we ran out of tissue and THEN were told we are responsible for additional tissue. Now I’m not sure if that was the case because it was THX-giving.

This home is located at the south end of Salvo on Hatteras Island. We loved the quieter and less congested feel compared to Nags Head/Kill Devil Hills, etc. A short walk to the beach, 15 min to a grocery store. The pool was refreshing. The home is definitely showing its age and is need of updates. Lots of carpet stains, sub par cleanliness, wooden floors in bad need of refinishing. Most of the deck/patio furniture was rotting away. The nail heads in the floor decking around the pool were popping up which is a real safety hazard. We still had a lot of fun but would not stay in the same house again. Definitely want to come back to the area again though.

Great pandemic house

Kids had fun in the pool. Elevator was very accommodating for the grandparents. Pool table was a lot of fun. 👍
