Experience a memorable vacation at this charming Surf Condo in the heart of Surf City! Beach-Nut offers both comfort and convenience for your Topsail beach getaway! Conveniently located in the heart of Surf City, explore nearby attractions like the Surf City Pier, local shops and boutiques, fresh seafood markets, and fantastic dining options within walking distance. Most importantly, the beautiful beach is just steps away! A short stroll from your condo will lead you to private community access to the sandy beach, where you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean!
The property offers several amenities, including a large, outdoor pool (typically open from May 7th through September 30th), sun deck, and gazebo. On-site laundry facility, community fitness room and off-street parking are also available for your convenience. Two parking passes are provided with each unit.
This unit is located on the second floor and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. It features 1 bedroom, a newly updated kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable Queen bed. There are also new, comfortable bunk beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. After a day at the beach, relax on your private oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Surf City beach and the soothing sound of the waves. This will undoubtedly be a vacation to remember!
Guests have access to the downstairs storage closet for their convenience. Linens are included, ensuring you'll have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful. Nice view of Ocean. Only problem we encountered was we could not find laundry room and did not see anyone to ask. Had to leave a day early d/t family emergency but would def. Return to this unit.

Family Vacation

This was our first time in Surf City and we will definitely be back! You could not ask for a better location! Steps away from the beach and the pool. We had a little mishap with the power being out when we got there, but that was easily remedied by the owner. We cannot wait to go back, and would 100% stay here again!

First time at Topsail

First time at Topsail & we enjoyed our stay Wasn’t very clean at all once we started unpacking, Condo could really use a thorough scrubbing! Loved balcony Pool & area around it was awesome, everything that you could possibly need for your time at the pool! Beach was close and easily accessible

We loved the location, 50 m from the beach. There was a good view of the ocean from the balcony (saw a dolphin, many pelicans and lots of lightning) and from inside the apartment and this is why we travelled. The apartment is roomy and could have accommodated a couple of kids on the bunk beds in the corridor as well as the two of us in the one bedroom. The furniture is nice, the kitchen has been recently renovated, the fridge is new and everything works. The location of the complex is hard to beat - easy access, but not noisy. We had a great week.

Everything went well. The only problem we had was with the heating/cooling unit. When we called the number, it wasn't any good.

Great location! Cute place!

The location is outstanding! The use of the space was super great too! Would give it a solid five stars except for the home-away-from-home amenities were unfortunately really subpar compared to other places we’ve stayed at. I would highly suggest utilizing the closet space for extra towels, sheet sets, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, a fan, and adding more kitchen staples for the dining experience such as different spices, ketchup/mustard, etc. Those little things are such big things!! We ran out of toilet paper, washcloths and bath towels because there wasn’t enough set out for the amount of people vs the amount of days we stayed. Having board/card game options would be a great addition as well for evenings and fair weather days.

Anniversary Beach Celebration

Nicely decorated, comfortable condo that has a well equipped kitchen. The view of the ocean from the balcony and closeness to the beach are best part of this condo. Be aware that you will take 28 steps up and down accessing this condo. The digital keypad is a bit finicky. I thought our code wasn't working at first. Also this is not a two bathroom. It has 2 toilets, 2 sinks and one tub/shower combo. We would stay here again. Hoping to return to this condo and very lovely area soon.

Great Condo great location!

This was my 1st time using Vacasa, I was very pleased. We had 3 people with us, perfect place for the 3 of us. The master bed comfortable. We did bring our own pillows. love they have a large TV in living room. We always go during College Baseball pre world series and appreciate a good TV! Balcony furniture very nice. We ate every meal on the balcony. They have already provided you a lil clothes line outside. Sleeper Sofa sleeps about as good as any sleeper does. They provided extra blankets and pillows for that. We were pleasantly super surprised when arrived and our beds were made with lines! We did have an ice maker issue upon arrival, Vacasa handled quickly, sent someone out and brough us a bag of ice, and a can opener which I am thinking someone snatched. I would rent again for sure, I would like to see some of the kitchen stuff updated. We cook every meal and only eat out once. Maybe just few more serving bowls, upgrade skillet, 9x13 cass dish, tupperware with lids. I can tell this unit has been cared for and thought out. So I am guessing some of these things have disappeared over the years. We love this complex and everyone is always so friendly. warning the ceilings are super thin (in all the units). So be mindful of that The laundry quarters have been updated, bright and all new machines, 2.25 a load so that was very nice as well!
