The coastal lifestyle is just what you need to escape the mundane and let all of your cares slip away with the tide! Right across the street from the beach, this oceanfront home offers a back deck and three-sided ocean views, with every window facing the water. Start each morning by greeting the sunshine and salty air with a cup of coffee in hand on your balcony before slipping into your swimsuit for dreamy beach days. The Carolina Beach pier, ample restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance of home base when you feel like venturing out. The shared pool will be just the place to escape the heat, mere steps from your door! There's also a beachfront gazebo on-site - perfect for toasting drinks at sunset.

Inside, this gem is overflowing with coastal themes, natural light, and the modern comforts of home. Meals will be a breeze to prepare in the full kitchen boasting beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, a high-end coffee maker,a toaster, and modern cookware. Plus, everyone can take their pick of gathering for meals at the dining table, in the living area for casual meals while watching favorite shows, or out on the balcony. Don't worry about packing your entire wardrobe either, as the private washer and dryer are more than ready to keep swimsuits and towels clean during your stay. New beach toys and chairs are waiting for you in the closet. We provide a beach wagon to help you carry your beach essentials with ease.

This condo unit is ideally located just across the street from the ocean—approximately 60 feet away—and offers stunning three-sided ocean views. While the property was previously considered oceanfront, recent coastal erosion and the addition of large rocks have altered direct beach access. Guests can now easily reach the sand via a short walk to either the nearby state park entrance to the north or the beach access path off Carolina Beach Avenue to the south. A convenient hose is provided for rinsing off sand before entering the unit.

Lovely place!

We enjoyed our week here! The place was really clean! And the beach was super close and not too crowded! The only complaint we had was there were a few small roaches but nothing a bit of raid can fix. Other than that our stay was nice!

Perfect sisters getaway

Being at the end of the beach was wonderful. Great view and very peaceful. Loved watching the surfers. The condo was pretty and comfortable. The stairs were a challenge as we are all older but it was worth the climb. Will definitely stay here again!

The location has a beautiful view and is easy to get to. Close to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. The unit is beautiful with very comfortable bedding and furniture. It is equipped with just about everything you would have in a home.

Best location on the island

Everything was exceptional. The place was spotless. The sunrise was glorious, great restaurants, friendly people. The beach north of the pier was very accessible and the best we saw on the island. This was truly the best vacation experience one could hope for. I wrote the entry combination down wrong and the maintenance man responded right away. He couldn't believe the views from every door and window - and I'm sure he sees a lot. I would give it a higher rating if I could!

Fun & Entertaining stay!

After the initial shock of seeing no beach in front of the condo, only huge boulders, we found that on the other side of the pier there is great beach access! It is just a short little walk! Also, the surfers were constantly surfing, and was great entertainment! The tiki bar next-door had nightly entertainment and pumpkins galore for the fall season with small little bonfires to roast marshmallows! It was a great time to go… Weather was perfect in the condo was lovely! We will definitely keep this one in mind for next fall when we make a beach trip ! It’s a lovely condo with more than enough necessities! Decorated really nice and was very clean! Enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you 🙏

Had roaches in kitchen cabinets walls counters place was very dirty no sheets for pullout bed no broome some sheets on the bed had sand all over them manager sent pest control and i had to move everything on my vac for them to spray and they didnt care WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Nice family getaway

This property was very nice on the inside. A little dated on the outside but the inside is what matters. There a quite a few stairs to the condo which could be difficult for some but we needed the exercise. Lol The location and view were great! We were steps from the beach and it was not crowded (which was super nice especially since we were there for July 4 week). The furniture was nice and comfy! The kitchen had all the essentials and we were able to cook and enjoy going out to eat. The pool was small but very clean and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Lots of good food nearby! We ate at Carolina Smokehouse, Island Burgers and Bites, Pop’s Diner and Wake and Bake Donuts! All wonderful. Wilmington is very close to visit! Overall a great location for an awesome relaxing family vacation!

Needs to update pictures and info

We were so excited to stay here…. Then a couple days before our trip we got a notification that the sleeping arrangements had changed…. We booked this mainly because it’s the only place we could find with 3 beds in one room so much to our surprise last minute notification of this messed up our sleeping plans. Also in the pictures it shows beach access right across the road but also much to our suprise when we got there there was no beach access we had to walk/drive a good ways up the stip to get to the beach. Granted it is understandable that the hurricane washed this away but it would have been nice to know prior to getting there so we could plan accordjngly ahead of time. The cleanliness could have been better because under the beds and couch u could tell hadn’t been cleaned very well. In the second bedroom one of the outlets was busted which could have been more of a hazard with smaller kids. The place is decent just not what we were expecting by the pictures.

Decent place with a great location. The listing description was accurate in regard to beach access not being directly across the street, but within 100 feet & an easy walk. The town is cute, but many things are extremely overpriced (50 to park for the day by the small boardwalk).The unit is up 3 short flights of stairs which does make getting luggage upstairs difficult without an elevator, but it was noted that the unit was on floor 2. Our biggest issue with the property was parking. While parking passes are provided, the parking availability was slim & many units in the building had guests that didn’t have parking passes. These guests took our parking spot every night we were there so we had to keep the golf cart out in the rain. We also could not fit our truck under the building. The inability to fit large vehicles in parking was not notated that I saw in the posting. Suggestions would be to get a better handle on parking, provide maps showing where the pool is or even what it looks like, & maps to where the trash cans outside are located. The pool & the trash can locations were left up to us to figure out exactly where they were. The dishwasher is old & completely worn out so we had to hand wash. Also the ceiling fans in every single room were about to fall out of the ceiling if you even touch them to turn them on.

Nice View!

Our stay was pretty good at this property. There were a few glitches so I'll first start with the positives: The home was very clean. The kitchen was beautiful. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The views from the condo are lovely. Miniature soaps, shampoos, etc. are provided. A set of towels was on each bed. The listing does not include a hair dryer as an amenity but there was one under a sink. Mediocre: The condo is oceanfront-ish. You have a lovely view but have to walk to the other side of the pier for access due to beach erosion. Not a huge deal but FYI. The smell in the stairwell is not awesome. Bathroom fixtures holding toilet paper are rusty and should be replaced. Negatives: The HVAC had a very hard time keeping up with the 100-degree temps. Our last night, it never got below 75 but the first night got to 71. We were strict about keeping all shades & curtains closed to help the situation. We even kept all ceiling fans on high. The ceiling fan in the bunk room is off balance and needs to be fixed or replaced. There are two total beach chairs, both which should be thrown away and replaced. They are tiny and rust-covered. All things considered, I would stay here again if some of these items are addressed. The property is managed by Vacasa & I could never get anyone to answer the phone (I accidentally left some clothes-totally my fault but someone answering the phone or responding to my message would be great customer service).
