Enjoy a super ocean view lot in quiet Askin's Creek, just one house back from the ocean. Hooked on Beach Life is a mere stone's throw from the ocean's edge and one of the closest homes to the Canadian Hole windsurfing area. It's also well-centered on Hatteras Island, convenient to local shops, & it's Pet-Friendly!

The short 100-ft walk over the direct ocean access to the beachfront will delight anyone who has ever lugged a beach chair, cooler or child to the water. It also features beautiful views from its wide two-level decks and plenty of privacy with a large lot & in a neighborhood with a single street!

The ground level has an ample, concrete parking area. This level also features an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill & a bar for entertaining, a fish-cleaning station for those fish you bring home, and a large lot where you can relax in the shade (or sun), play some corn-hole, or walk your dog!

The first level has three spacious bedrooms - two with king-beds & balconies overlooking the ocean, and the third has a full-size bed plus a set of bunk-beds for the kids. Each bedroom features a TV with DVD players & plenty of storage areas. This level also includes a bathroom, a laundry area, and comfortable furnishings.

On the top level, Hooked on Beach Life pays homage to the beautiful ocean view location with a grand prow-front design that allows great views of the beach and sunrises. This level has a large great room with cathedral ceilings, plenty of glass and warm wood accents and new leather seating; another bathroom, and a screened porch. We've also added a Shuffleboard Table! This is also where you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area that can handle light hors d'oeuvres or family-size meals in style. You can also enjoy a Sunset view from the kitchen window!
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.
