Six bedroom home across the street from the beach with ocean views, private hot tub and community pool access.

Unbelievable vacations are guaranteed at GETTIN' TOGETHER. This large custom home located on a quiet corner lot is just two lots from the beach access, one block from the grocery store, shopping and dining. You'll enjoy great ocean views from both decks. The first-level wraparound deck has both ocean and south views and a beautiful two-person swing great for lounging out of the sun. Grab your towel and step into the large hot tub also located on this first level deck. The upper level boasts panoramic views north and south and wonderful ocean views, and a picnic table on the deck along with comfortable Adirondack lounge chairs for sun lovers.

The first floor has four bedrooms; two with queen beds and baths and two with single beds and a convenient hall bath. The wide hallway makes it easy to come and go, even with larger family groups. The split level area has the fifth bedroom (two bunks) for the kids and a utility area .Guests will bask in the luxury of the large open floor plan with high cathedral ceilings, fireplace, bathroom, super roomy kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast bar, and formal dining area. Comfortable couches and chairs in the family room with TV make indoor relaxing easy. The sixth bedroom off the living room (queen) is on the ocean side of the home. The loft with a commercial ice maker and wet bar is a great place to watch the sunset.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Very nice home and stay

Plenty of rooms for ten men on our annual fall fishing trip. Had all the amenities needed, a well stocked kitchen, a large dining area, plenty of parking for six trucks, and an awesomely convenient location.

Great for our family.

The house was great and super close to the beach access point. The kids had fun playing up in the loft (a few safe steps up from the dining area) while adults hung out in the living room or on the deck overlooking the ocean. The multiple outdoor showers and hoses made it easy to get the sand off the whole crew when coming back from the beach.

mer our needs, only negative was bed in lower level front sagging uncfortable.

CE to Hatteras for the ccfw fishing tournament. worked well for a place to settle in between fishing. might consider replacing mattress/bed in lower level front bedroom. not comfortable/sags.

Nice house

Good size bedrooms, bad mattresses. Living, dining and kitchen were very roomy. Lots of parking, we had 4 large pickup trucks and a trailer and we had plenty room, not branches or weeds overgrown to mess with our Fishing Rods. Downfall is there is no way you can get your rods in house thru under house entrance. We lifted them up over 2 decks and put them in dining room.(and still had room to sit at the large table)

Great place for a beach week with friends!

We had 4 families in the house, including 5 kids four years old and younger. This was an awesome house for us. Lots of space, lots of open common area for playing and spending time together. A very short walk to the beach access just a few houses down. We had a little beach wagon for the kids, and carried them sometimes too without too much trouble. The road we walked along was very quiet. When we couldn't get out of the house with the kids, there was a great view of the ocean from the house. Hot tub was a huge plus for parents! Outdoor showers and grill was great. We set up a little kiddie pool on the first deck and it was an awesome hang out spot. There was some plant with little prickly seeds near the driveway- so just a heads up for tiny feet! We swept the area and it was fine. If you are someone that is extremely picky about cleanliness you may find fault here and there with the house, but we didn't have any problems with the house. It suited our needs perfectly. I would totally come here again! Food Lion, duck donuts and other little shops in walking distance. The beach was very quiet in that area!

Great location, sadly maintained

The location is fabulous with a short walk to the beach and great views from all the balconies. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook great meals. This was all grand however, there was no dish towels and not one sponge. Zero trash bags, only 3 rolls of TP for our week long stay with a party of 11. As for the beds…. We tried all 11 different mattress- each night was a game of musical beds and the couches always won most comfortable. The mattresses are all shot. And then the sheets- they do not even fit the beds! Falling off and very worn. The blankets needed to be replaced 10 years ago (I’ve seen hospital bedding more comfortable) and we would recommend washing the blankets before using them as the cleaner informed us they do not get washed. In order to have a great vacation a good night sleep is necessary- which unfortunately no one got. Lastly, the moldy shower curtains in 3 out of 4 bathrooms had us all showering in the outside showers. For the price of this rental we would have AT THE VERY LEAST expected a clean shower curtain. The place screamed neglect. All it would take is a little up keep for this rental to get 5 stars. A good bed and a clean bathroom go A LONG WAY! Hoping you take our constructive criticism and the next renters at least get a clean shower curtain! At the end of the day, we decided we will be “Gettin Together” at another place next year!
