Filled with modern amenities, Casper queen bed, 65 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a huge private patio with LOTS of sunshine. Indoor parking available @ $25 / day

This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub .



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 5-7 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.

You have full private access to the unit and a wonderful full-size gym within the property.



Other Things to Note:

Located in downtown Halifax, this property is within a 10 minute walk to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and Casino Nova Scotia. Scotiabank Centre is just around the corner and 5 minutes away. Halifax Convention Centre about 7 minutes.

The place was super comfy, and we really enjoyed our stay! The building is a 15 minute walk to almost everything in the city, the place was quiet and Donnie was ab excellent host.

We really enjoyed our two nights in Halifax and this apartment was great to come home to. If you wanna be closer to the waterfront this may not be your jam, but we didn’t spend all of our time down there. Our favorite find in Halifax was the restaurant Edna‘s just up the street from this apartment. If you are a foodie who likes a place that gives unique experiences, you’ve got to try Edna’s. The patio was nice to have for some fresh air, but the view of the Staples and the parking lot is nothing special. Great amenities in the apartment. We were doing a 10-day trip to Nova Scotia and having the washer dryer was really wonderful to have. The rest of the kitchen and the bathroom were really clean and stocked well for travelers.

The location was perfect, Rise the building manager was so very helpful and enjoyed meeting her and her husband.The apartment was the perfect size and has everything we needed.Would definitely stay here again!

This is really a very, very, very nice apartment and I would absolutely book it and stay here. No regrets. We loved coming back here at night. We loved the AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING bakery around the corner. Wow. It was incredibly quiet. The bed is super comfy, the bathroom is clean and well appointed. The living room is spacious. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Everything was super clean and the location is great. We used the laundry and it was super convenient. There's recycling in the basement. Communication with Donnie was pretty much immediate, super helpful and very complete. My only issue was with the upcharging from the management company. We asked for an early check in and were welcome to it. For an additional fee. We had a car for two nights, which is great. But you can only pay for parking in the garage for the total nights you're staying, which for us was 4, so that would have been a lot of money when all we needed was two nights, except that parking on the street is super easy to find and super cheap and only costs during 8-6pm. So there's absolutely no need to pay for the garage. Wish the company that manages this GREAT apartment wasn't so eager to us. Absolutely the only time I have EVER been charged for an early check in. And an additional fifteen per hour? Yikes.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests considering booking with us. First, Donnie and the “management company” are one and the same. We are an owner-operated business, and we take an active role in managing our properties and ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay. Regarding early check-in, we advised that this option was available for an additional $30. This fee covers the additional staffing required to prepare the condo ahead of schedule, including assigning two team members to ensure everything is ready. Many accommodations do not offer early check-in at all, so we do our best to provide flexibility whenever possible. We are sorry this arrangement did not work for your party; however, our standard check-in time is clearly communicated before booking. Indoor parking is available for $25 per day and is also disclosed before booking. Street parking is only free between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and the City may issue tickets outside those hours. We generally do not recommend relying on street parking, as the cost of a ticket can quickly exceed the daily indoor parking fee. We also do not offer partial-day indoor parking because managing access requires coordinating parking fobs, arranging their return, and ensuring availability for other guests. This process can involve considerable staff time, particularly when guests are unavailable to return the fobs as arranged. We hope these clarifications help future guests.
