Great communication. Loved the location. We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the deck. Gina was then amazing when I left a drawer of my clothes. She mailed them back very promptly. I really appreciated her going above and beyond!

The host was very responsive to our requests. The house has a nice design and is right on the Mountain Rides bus stop, convenient for skiing. There is room for improvement however. The host needs to audit the household supplies and kitchen housewares routinely. This house is in dire need of additional and replacement pots and pans and other cooking implements. There was no liquid dish soap and "scrubby" for hand washing large pots and pans ( we bought some) and there were only 2 soap pods for the dishwasher (the host brought some immediately when we brought to her attention). The light bulbs in the recessed light fixtures are a mix of incandescent and LED of a variety of color temps ( some were bluish 5000k and others amber 2700k) making the lighting garish and harsh. Really too bad because the house design is lovely and the terrible lighting really ruins it. All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives and I would probably stay here again. With just a little attention to detail and additional investment, this rental could be perfect.

Beautiful House in a lovely neighborhood

Absolutely beautiful little house in a quite neighborhood close to skiing and everything town has to offer. Host was helpful and communicative throughout the process. Definitely would stay again.

Charming & cozy house

Our family of 5 enjoyed this house for our first ski trip to Sun Valley. It’s situated within an area that’s a short drive to the lifts, town, & restaurants. The house itself was clean and functional, so would recommend it.

Comfortable Lodge in Very Nice Neighborhood

We held a business mastermind in the home which accommodated everyone nicely. The home is sizable and comfortable and clean and provides everything you need for your stay. We really enjoyed the area and surrounding neighborhoods - it has a very high end feel. The home is very close to town and easy to get to any Ketchum/Sun Valley attractions. We highly recommend a stay with Gina!

Super cozy, loved the open great room and adjoining kitchen. Perfect for 3 couples. Warmed up quickly, had towels, sheets, pans, shampoo, etc. Less than 10 minutes to downtown. Loved it!

Skiing with another couple

This house is nicely laid out with plenty of space. We had 4 adults in our group and the house felt very spacious! Kitchen was nicely appointed. A quick 15 minute drive to the mountain for skiing was nice!

Sun Valley Beauty

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, cozy and clean. We had everything we needed for cooking meals in the kitchen. Another review mentions the dining table being a drop-leaf, which it is, but our family of six felt comfortable eating there. The location was convenient to the resort and town and is situated in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. My only recommendation is upgrading to a smart tv so that we could stream Netflix and Prime. Even then, we would 100 percent stay here again. It was a really peaceful getaway. Thank you!

Mountainside getaway

This house worked perfectly for our family vacation to Sun Valley. During our stay, we skied at Bald Mountain which is just 5-7 minutes away and snowshoed at Galena Lodge which is about 35-40 minutes away and the house was an excellent base camp. The fireplace was awesome, especially because it was in a great room with lots of light. Everything in the house worked well and the owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend this location.

Cozy home, great location

The house is a quick 5 minute drive to River Run parking lot at Sun Valley. We really enjoyed the large common area and the huge windows. The house is cozy and warm, and the kitchen was adequate for our long weekend. I don't think our rental Suburban would have fit in the garage, but it was a good space to keep skis and boards overnight. Very happy with our experience.

Peaceful and quiet

Home was very nice! We loved the rustic cabin feel while still having a house within a neighborhood. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We walked around and even up to the summit of a large hill down the street. The fireplace helped keep the place warm and cozy and there were games and puzzles that my family enjoyed. Very nice, large TV so we could watch our Wolverines beat Ohio State 🤣🏈

No hottub as advertised.

Decent home, however did not have a hottub as advertised. We wanted a hottub and used the VRBO filters to narrow properties to hottub only for our rental candidates. Chose it on that basis, but no hottub. Very misleading.

Beautiful house, great location

We absolutely loved our stay. There were 5 adults and there was plenty of space to go around. It was easy to go for walks/hikes nearby, and neighbors were friendly/welcoming. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be for more dining table chairs. As a family that eats together a lot, the two left us improvising with other chairs in the house, which were not quite the right height. But we'll definitely come back if we can!

Nice location & Great Host

Our family of 6 (2 parents, 2 grandparents, & 2 teens) stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. Location was easy to get to Sun Valley activities and was in a quiet neighborhood. The front deck was nice and shaded. It was hot while we stayed here, but opening the upstairs windows really helped at night (AC is downstairs). Common areas were spacious & comfortable. Note that there are 4 extra dining chairs in the garage for the dining table! Owner was wonderful to communicate with day & night when we needed anything. Thank you for a nice stay!

Ski vacation

It is a very comfortable and clean home. We did miss having a blender for our morning smoothies and other UTD cookware. Owner responded immediately to faucet leak. We did miss the skiing (lack of snow). Did not get to visit hot tub as only open 3-10? Beds, incredibly comfy couch, giant television helped keep us happy! Thank you Gina

2 weeks for 6 skiers

Overall, good location for skiing Baldy. Attractive home, comfy living room, good TV, fireplace, beds. Very clean and driveway was plowed. Things that could be better AND could be fixed: 1.Two-car garage was not as advertised, only one bay was available, the other filled with owner possessions. 2.Dining table was apartment sized, folddown leaf. Chairs hit legs, not comfortable for lingering. 3. Only 8 plates, 5 bowls,4 wine glasses; need more dishes to accommodate 6 people. 4. No ski hangers in garage, no place to dry skis, boots.
