Nicolette was the perfect host. Her instructions with check in and out were clear and perfect. The place was immaculate and well thought out with so many great details making it a cozy place. It's conveniently located and the building is a safe place for families. I also loved the coffee at The Bean Head Coffee House which was right at the corner, and steps away! Thank you Nicolette for making our stay comfy and welcoming!

Highly recommend this cozy condo in downtown New Castle, Delaware. We loved the host. She was extremely attentive and welcoming. We had two small issues during our stay and she took care of them immediately. She also shared her personal recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and entertainment in the area. The condo is less than 40 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and near many great restaurants and hot spots.

My wife, friends and I had a great stay! We were in town for the World Cup and found this place since it wasn’t too far from Philly. The host was very communicative and responded fast whenever we needed something. The home was modern and it had everything you needed. The kitchen also had the essentials for those planning to use the kitchen to cook (even though we did not). Everything was clean and tidy! The instructions for checking in were made simple and we felt more comfortable with this home since there was a partaking garage and parking spot we were able to use.

Very clean. 40 minutes from Philly. Very convenient location. Close to grocery store, train station, many choice restaurants. While I felt like I was inconveniencing my host, she never stopped being polite and helpful. She helped when we had a surprise guest and gave great recommendations for some of her favorite places to eat. I liked that we had private parking in a secured garage. If the outdoors are your esthetic, it's not far from Longwood Gardens Response time was excellent. Would stay again!

I am a native New Yorker, but my roots run deep in the Caribbean—my parents hail from the U.S. Virgin Islands. This connection has fueled my lifelong passion for travel and a deep desire to learn about and experience other cultures.

Some of my fondest memories are from the times my husband, our young boys, and I traveled to do volunteer work in other countries.

Now that our children are grown, my husband and I love to explore together! We enjoy traveling, trying different restaurants, coffee shop hopping, and just meeting interesting folks.

Hosting allows me to continue meeting people from all different areas and backgrounds, which is why I enjoy it so much!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose the Trinity Vicinity in Wilmington, DE, for my short-term rental because it perfectly blends the convenience of city living with a unique, charming atmosphere that I immediately fell in love with. Its historic row houses and tree-lined streets offer a distinct "village in the city" feel, yet we're perfectly located—close to major corporate centers, walkable to great restaurants and coffee shops, and just minutes from I-95. The strong sense of community and the area's rich character are exactly what I know travelers appreciate, offering a much more authentic and welcoming stay than any standard hotel.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Your short-term rental is more than just a place to stay—it's a truly peaceful, health-conscious retreat deliberately designed for ultimate comfort and well-being. Although we're conveniently located just moments from the energy of busy Downtown Wilmington, the moment you step inside, you'll enter a serene sanctuary focused on comfort, convenience, and sophisticated style.

What truly sets this property apart is the commitment to a clean, natural, and hypoallergenic environment. We exclusively use natural, organic, plant-based products throughout the home, completely free from harsh chemicals. This dedication extends from our cleaning supplies right down to the personal care products we provide for your use. For guests sensitive to chemicals, or simply seeking a cleaner, healthier travel experience, this property offers a standout difference and true peace of mind that you simply won't find in most rentals.
