Magnífica escapada a la playa del océano en buscada complejo Indian River Plantation, un resort Marriott de 4 estrellas con acceso directo al mar y la playa privada. Balcón doble con vistas despejadas al mar y piscina privada. Vistas al lago desde el dormitorio de invitados y entrada. Este condominio está totalmente renovado con azulejos de tonos de color arena, mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La sala abierta al balcón viendo el mar y la piscina privada dormitorio principal y salón. La cocina y el salón tiene vistas al océano. El apartamento es muy tranquilo y familiar.

Muchos restaurantes del complejo, piscinas con spas y actividades están a poca distancia y también son accesibles por el servicio de estación de tranvía. Muchas veces, mi familia y yo hemos montado el servicio de tranvía sólo para recorrer los terrenos y disfrutar de la brisa del mar abierto constantemente presentes en esta escapada paraíso.

I know the condo was under renovation but the scaffling was in front of our balcony the entire trip. The pool was very nice and it was nice to walk the beach.....just steps away.

Lovely patio

Spent a few days in this lovely condo, enjoyed having morning coffee with a view. Beds were very comfortable. close to shopping and restaurants. The property is great for taking walks morning noon and evening. I would stay here again.

Very nice place to vacation

My family enjoyed spending Spring Break in this lovely condo. The location is very nice. It's a short walk to the beach and we had a great view of the pool. There were many places to walk/run, play golf and relax. Paddle board and jetski rental is a 10 minute walk from the condo. This is a very family and retiree oriented area which was exactly what we were looking for.

The condo met our needs. Easy beach and pool access. There are a lot of beach accessories to use. The patio is huge and a lovely place to sit and relax. A lot of room inside the condo.

Best location Condo

Our stay at this Condo was extremely pleasant, we could see the ocean from our balcony which was only a couple 100 yards away. The unit was very clean and had everything you needed. The weather was not that great over Christmas, rain and cloudy but that’s Mother Nature for you. Would definitely return.

The condo and property were very nice and had everything we needed. The condo was neat and clean. The pool was maintained every morning. My only suggestions would be to have some rugs for the bathrooms and maybe update the TVs in the bedrooms (they were difficult to get to work). Other than that we loved our time there and would certainly stay there again.

Beach Getaway

The property was clean. However, when my daughter was sitting on the couch, she was repeatedly bitten by something (bedbugs?), although no one else was bitten. I understand maintenance work is necessary, but would have liked to know before booking the stay. We were told that they would not start before 9:00 a.m., but they started at 8:00 every morning.

Relaxation and Convenience

Wonderful location with spectacular views including sunrise, sunset and rainbows on the Atlantic Ocean. Condo with a well equipped kitchen, linens, beach chairs and more. Very quiet, clean with accurate representative in photos. Convenient parking. Great location for walking/running with beautiful surroundings and sightings of dolphins and other wildlife. Town of Stuart close with theatre, restaurants, and shops. Grocery store, museums and other things of interest nearby, too. Recommend. Excellent. Thanks!

Seeing Is Believing!!

WOW!!! One of the best vacations ever. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and location of this condo!! We were fortunate enough to stay for 3 weeks in January, just in time to escape the brutal winter back home. Each sunrise and sunset was more beautiful. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. An added bonus was the very kind and friendly people we met at the condo. The whole resort is absolutely amazing. My husband and I totally relaxed while we were there and we would definitely go back again. Thank you to the owner Chris who spent time speaking to me and answering my questions before the trip!! I give this condo and this vacation an A+

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience over Memorial Day weekend. The condo is lovely, and well kept. We had everything we needed and more. The couch in the living room is incredibly comfy, as is the matching chair. The kitchen is remodeled and well-equipped. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are both comfortable, all of the bed were great. Our only complaint is that there is an issue with a/c flow to the master bedroom. The master was always much warmer than the other bedroom. In fact, when the other bedroom was freezing the master was noticeably warm. This is likely an issue that can be easily addressed. Overall we had a great time, and are very glad we got to stay at this lovely condo.

Very relaxing!

My husband and I stayed and this very wonderful condo for 12 days. It was completely outfitted with everything you could need in the kitchen from cookware to a Keurig coffee maker. The view from the balcony to the ocean was absolutely beautiful. We ate dinner on the nights we cooked in on the balcony overlooking the pool with the ocean beyond. We also used the outdoor gas grill several times which was very clean and convenient. However, the number 1 best thing we LOVED was the king size bed in the master. We travel quite a lot and beds are hit and miss. Chris has a wonderful, firm, memory foam that was heaven to sleep on. We want to order one for our home now! Chris was very responsive with any questions we had, but everything was great! We would recommend whole-heartedly!

I've had better.

Not great view of the ocean, too low with plant covered sand hill blocking site of waves. Full view of pool, which I'd rather not have. No washcloths at all!! No garbage bags. No over head lights in bedrooms. No parking spot under building (like other apartments had), had to park outside. Poor quality pots and pans if you want to cook. Need better towels. too, white would be best to bleach. Also, guest bath shower had trouble draining, both of us used master shower.

Now that our children are grown, we hope to enjoy more time together, walking the beaches and seeing the sights of our great country. Our private condominium in the Indian River Plantation is the perfect blend of resort style enjoyment with the chance to remain in our private and quiet sanctuary. Come and enjoy the private beach or walk down to the resort beach area to enjoy some people watching, shelling, water surfing, boating, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, etc, etc, etc. It has it all right out the front door.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Ahh the feeling of peaceful vacation abounds once you travel over the causeway bridge and smell the ocean air. Feel the stress drip away as you enter the resort and drive to the private Spoonbill community. One of the best feelings is waking up to the ocean waves crackling the shore and realizing the only decision to make is which activity to enjoy this new day.
