Condominio frente al mar con excelentes vistas y amplio balcón

Hermoso condominio frente al mar en la isla Hutchinson en Stuart Florida, renovado en 2017 y disponible por semana, mes o temporada. Observe el océano desde toda la sala de estar / cocina abierta, así como desde el dormitorio principal. El balcón profundo y de gran tamaño proporciona un entorno confortable para la vida al aire libre. El gran sofá seccional de cuero tiene sillones reclinables eléctricos en cada extremo y al lado hay un bonito sillón reclinable. Encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos en la cocina. El televisor de la sala de estar tiene un televisor Samsung 4K Smart de 65 ", con programación por cable Xfinity con 140 canales. HDTV de 40" en cada habitación también. Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad (75 + Mb). Nuevos colchones de espuma viscoelástica en todas las camas a partir de junio de 2019.

El edificio Pelican se encuentra dentro del hermoso complejo Indian River Plantation y está cerca del centro de Stuart y la playa de Jensen. Debido a las restricciones de altura del edificio, las playas están menos concurridas que las áreas circundantes. El Marriott Sandpiper Tiki Bar está ubicado a un corto paseo para tomar un cóctel o un almuerzo, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para ser discreto. Nuestra piscina está ubicada en el lado norte del edificio (¡cerca pero fuera de la vista y del oído!) con amplios sillones, mesas, parrillas para barbacoa y un baño; Raramente está ocupado. Publix está a menos de una milla de distancia, así que no hay necesidad de volver por el puente para comprar comestibles. Great family Vacation

It was our Granddaughter's Birthday surprise she was so happy to see the property. She swam in the ocean and pool every day. As a family with our daughter and son-in law it was a great experience. We enjoyed our staying in this property and will be back.

Great Spot

Great spot and unit. We had family stay in other units in the building and this one was easily the best. The furniture, beds, TV, and patio are all great. Charles is a great host and was impressively responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Our family enjoyed the large balcony with comfortable furniture. It was so nice to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The interior was lovely. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would choose this condo again and again.

There was construction going on during our stay and Stuart. However, the owner made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. The House was stocked with essentials that were needed! Such a great location and nice place!

Wonderful oceanfront property!

We loved our week at this condo! Everything we could possibly need was there, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed mornings on the deck, with beautiful views of the ocean. Afternoons were spent on the beach, which was literally steps from the condo. Our only complaint is that we only booked a week! Definitely wanted to stay longer!

Except for condo not cleaned upon arrival the owner was quick to respond and took care of basic cleaning themselves. Has to wait to check in. Other than that our stay was enjoyable

Lovely, Well-Equipped Condo

This is an ideal location on Hutchinson Island. First of all, it is right on an uncrowded beach, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Several restaurants and the grocery store are within walking distance. The owner was exceptionally responsive to our needs. After being rented so frequently, some updates to the property would be desirable.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo.

The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the complex and the easy access to the beach. The pool can get busy as it is shared by two condo complexes. All in all we had a wonderful time. We had a issue with one of the bathrooms upon our arrival,made a phone call and the issue was addressed. We had wonderful weather during our visit.

Great Birthday Celebration at the beach

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday. The owner was extremely helpful with our reservation. The location is excellent, facing the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning, just beautiful! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. A great place for a great vacation.!

2022 Vacation

The view was spectacular as always, love our daily sunrise, the condo was neat and clean , loved the couch very comfortable and more than enough seating. My daughter loved your curtains wondering where you got them. Had an issue with the livingroom TV not working the whole week, the owners tried their best to fix but no success and the hairdryer in the guest bathroom does not work and providing correct pool access codes was frustrating but the owners were very accessible for help.

Our family is from Central Florida and we purchased this condo mainly for our own use, but also to offer to guests as a vacation rental when we cannot use it ourselves. We renovated and furnished it to a higher level than most units to ensure that there is ample seating, convenient TV viewing, a fully functional kitchen, and a reading chair in each room.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We've rented in the area for several years and we quickly realized that we wanted a place on South Hutchinson Island convenient to Downtown Stuart, which is our favorite small city in Florida-- not too crowded but large enough to offer amenities like many good restaurants and shopping. We focused on the Indian River Plantation because it is a resort community large enough to create a buffer between State Road A1A and the ocean, so there is no busy street directly behind us like most of the condos up and down the coast. Instead there is a golf course and lots of green space and walking paths. We chose the Southeast side of the Pelican Building in particular because of its direct oceanfront location and its separation from other buildings. This makes for better views and more peace and quiet; there is a nice heated pool on the north side of the building, but we are shielded from any noise. Being on the Southeast side also means we enjoy the prevailing southern breeze during the hotter months of the year while being protected from colder winds in the winter. One of the reasons the beach is uncrowded is that Martin County restricts the height of all buildings to four stories and smaller buildings equals fewer people on the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our condo is on the third floor of the four-story Pelican building and it affords great views of the ocean that aren't possible on lower floors. There are two types of two-bedroom units in our building and we have stayed in both. The end units are nice but they lack the deep balconies and oceanfront master bedroom that our condo has. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to the sight and sound of the sea, and the deep balcony allows lots of room for outdoor living and dining.
