Just 20 miles to Jakes Rocks Trails & Kinzua Marina - here is your ideal basecamp for all the Allegheny National Forest offers.

This property is nestled on 40 private acres at the top of a well maintained gravel road, just outside of Warren, PA. It is located 23 miles from Kinzua Marina, 20 miles from Rimrock Hiking Trail and award winning Jake’s Rocks mountain biking trail.
Also, with the Allegheny River close by, you will be less than 5 miles away from the Buckaloons boat launch.
It truly is a nice retreat, tucked away in a quiet area. While it feels remote, it is a short drive to town.

When you arrive, please park in front of the red garage doors. The guest house is attached to the back of the garage. Follow the lit path around to the main door with the door lock/keypad on it. This is your entrance.

You will enter directly into the bedroom.
Inside, the property has two sleeping spaces. A bunk bed (twin over full) is in a separate space, with the ability to close off the space with a curtain divider. This is not a separate bedroom, but just a way to divide the sleeping spaces. If traveling with a family that would utilize the bunk beds, it does not offer a lot of privacy, but helps with napping/sleeping children.

The main sleeping space is a comfy queen bed, open to the natural gas burning fireplace and the tv downstairs.

The house has one large bathroom that features a full soaking tub/shower, and a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay.

Upstairs, there is a full kitchen for your use with a stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. We have tried to anticipate any needs that you may have while cooking your meals, so you will find utensils, spices, and things of that nature. If you find that something is missing and could be added, please let us know! We welcome all feedback.

The living room is stocked with a variety games and the smart TV has the ability for you to log in with your own Prime, Netflix, etc accounts. The wifi information is clearly posted on the fridge and on the router itself.
The living area also features a full size pull out sofa bed, should anyone like to sleep upstairs.

Our listing states that we can sleep 6. This includes the queen bed downstairs, the full size lower bunk, the twin upper bunk, and the full size sleeper sofa.

You are welcome to enjoy the beautiful catch and release fishing pond that is in the back of the property. We do ask that any hooks being used are barbless.
Please keep an eye on children and use the pond at your own risk. Swimming is not permitted.
We are happy to supply you with fishing rods/barbless hooks and bait if you let us know upon booking! The pond is stocked with bass, perch and blue gill and is great fun for adults and children alike!

Please note: This is a guest house. There is a much larger, main house a stone's throw away from this home. The people who live there own the property but are not the hosts. While they are very friendly, any needs should be brought directly to the host through the VRBO app and we will take care of you!
