Kids are NOT allowed in the laundry room area in the basement.

Home is serviced monthly by professional pest control company.
Basement occasionally gets roly-poly’s, and water bugs. Don’t worry though they die fast and are harmless. This is very common for basements built 104+ years ago.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING IN OR ON THE PREMISES OF THE HOUSE
NO SUBLEASING MY PROPERTY TO OTHERS
ALL GUEST STAYING IN THE HOME MUST BE IDENTIFIED ON THE PLATFORM.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OTHER THAN WHAT IS BOOKED, IF ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE NEEDED PLEASE CONTACT HOST OR CO-HOST

***Thermostat in hall by bathroom is for heater only!
***Mini Split AC system in living room is brand new and the remote is in the living-room on the table please keep remote on the table in the bowl it is to not leave that area.
***Window AC units in bedrooms control for the temp and fan setting are on the unit itself.
* Please pick up after yourself, take your trash and place it in trash can that is located in the back yard before you leave.
* Please place all dishes in the sink
* Lastly make sure all doors are locked once you leave.

*LOCK DOOR WITH KEYPAD EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE. DO NOT LEAVE DOORS UNLOCKED WHEN YOU ARE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE!! You MUST shut door and press the lock button and listen for it to lock.


*** FOR ALL STAYS LONGER THAN A WEEK. Please place the trash can bin out for trash day the evening of every Thursday. Please bring trash bin back to behind fence line. Thank you
