Just a short 5 minute walk to miles of ocean beaches, this beautiful tiny home is just the remedy for a weekend getaway. Curl up on the comfy sofa and watch television while you enjoy the electric fireplace or walk down to the Nye Beach district and wander amongst great restaurants and shops. In Ti-Nye House, the sitting area doubles as a Queen Futon for a nice nights sleep. With a kitchenette and full bath this is perfectly suited for couples or a single traveler. On sunny days, there is a lovely deck where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze and salty air or sit around the firepit and talk about the adventures you had while watching the stars at night. The fenced in yard is a beautiful green space to relax in and the hot tub in the yard provides you with a truly relaxing and rejuvenating beach experience.

This neighborhood is an easy walk to the historic Nye Beach District with plenty of restaurants, shops, live entertainment and easy beach access; all a part of this fun and quirky part of Newport. This is the perfect starting point for many days of exploring Newport and this amazing stretch of the Oregon coast!

The absolute best place in Newport for a solo traveler or couple! Perfect location and a 5 minute walk to the beach. And it's a great place for a dog. Big yard!

Accurate description. It is a tiny home not an issue by the way. It was big enough for the three night stay. Loved that it is a few minutes walk to Nye Beach and the downtown area. Enjoyed the hot tub and grill. Note, we did have to buy our own propane. Enjoy the propane I left.

Super cute TINY home. We ended up not using the upstairs loft area because it was a little tight getting up and down, but the extra padding for the futon was great. Love how secluded the house was, and fully fenced. We were able to leave the door/windows open when we were at the house, allowing our dogs to roam in and out. Nice pleasant walk down to the beach, which we did 2x per day with our doggos. We look forward to visiting again.

Most everything was great! My dog loved the yard. The beach is within walking distance. Although the house itself is small, everything is organized it a way that allows everything to work. My only critique would be that the larger bed downstairs is a futon, and the mattress is not very thick, which made it uncomfortable. It was difficult to fall asleep each night, because the mattress was so uncomfortable. I didn’t complain during my stay, because I was pretty sure nothing could be done about the mattress. However, the hot tub was amazing, and it soothed my sore muscles, and I ended up having a wonderful stay anyway!

The house was exactly as expected and exactly as described in the listing. We were very happy with our stay. Great location. Our only issue was that there was an issue where we lost electricity in half of the house on our last night (we were there for 5 nights). The property managers were great in finding us a replacement and issuing a refund. I would say communication during the time they were trying to get the issue sorted could have been improved but it all ended up working out. Would definately stay here again!

This property was amazing the yard and interior are very nice,and very quiet,and is a very good location just a few minutes walk to the beach. the only 2 issues I had was the bed in the loft for sleeping was just a single twin sized bed and was the only bed in the house and the stairs going up to the bed were very very steep. We ended up having to sleep on the futon couch in the living room which was not very comfortable. An air mattress upgrade or something would be a welcome upgrade.
